Kelly Osbourne has reportedly split from fiancé Sid Wilson amidst a dramatic weight loss.
According to the Daily Mail, Osbourne, 41, and the Slipknot member, 49, are said to have quietly called off their engagement this month. The last time they were photographed together was at the Grammy Awards in February.
“Kelly and Sid have decided to end their engagement,” a source claimed to the magazine on Monday.
“Kelly has been suffering since losing her father,” they continued. “The grieving process has been incredibly difficult, but she has done everything she can to cope.”
Kelly’s father, heavy metal legend Ozzy Osbourne, died of a heart attack on July 22, 2025, after suffering from Parkinson’s disease. He was 76 years old.
The source said Kelly and Wilson had been “going through some difficulties in their relationship for some time,” adding that “things were not as they seemed.”
“They tried to work things out, especially for the sake of their children, but ultimately decided that separating was the best course of action,” they said.
Kelly and the American DJ have a 3-year-old son, Sydney, who was born in November 2022.
“Kelly has endured a lot over the past year,” the source concluded. “Despite everything, she remains sober and is now moving forward and focusing on herself and her role as a mother.”
Page Six has reached out to Kelly’s representatives for comment.
The former “Osbourne” reality star and Wilson first met in 1999 when Slipknot toured at the Ozzfest music festival.
They took their relationship to the next level in January 2022 and started their romance in earnest the following month.
After welcoming his son in late 2022, Wilson got down on one knee and popped the question backstage at Ozzy’s Black Sabbath farewell concert at Villa Park in Birmingham, England in July 2025.
“Kelly, you know I love you more than anything in the world,” Wilson said in a clip of the proposal that Kelly shared to Instagram.
Ozzy joked at the time, “Fuck you, you’re not going to marry my daughter.”
News of Kelly and Wilson’s reported breakup comes as the singer faces concerns over her sudden weight loss in recent months.
After showing off her new look in London in December, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne’s daughter hit back at her haters and shared the heartbreaking reason for her dramatic weight loss.
“To those who continue to think they’re being funny and mean by posting comments like, ‘Are you sick?’ or ‘Please get off Ozempic,’ or ‘You look weird,'” she began.
“My father just passed away and I’m doing the best I can. All I have to live for right now is my family,” Kelly continued. “And I decided to share my content with you all and share the happy side of life instead of the miserable side of life.”
“So, all those people out there, please stop,” she concluded.
Friends close to the Osbourne family recently said they were “really concerned” about Kelly and Sharon, 73, and their weight loss since Ozzy’s death.
“When you look at these photos, it’s scary,” a music industry source close to the Osbournes told Page Six earlier this month. “I didn’t recognize her.”
“It was shocking. I don’t know what’s going on. I’m really worried about her. I looked at the pictures and thought, ‘Wow, what the hell happened to her?’ She seems to be unwell,” they added. “Is there anything else other than sadness?”
