Lily-Rose Depp has been dating 070 Shayk (real name Daniel Barben) since 2023. Lily-Rose Depp posted their first kiss on Depp’s Instagram Story in May of the same year, and they have been seen regularly hanging out together in the months since then.
As of November 2025, they are still going strong and have recently scheduled a show in London.

Who is 070 Shake?
The 28-year-old rapper is from New Jersey and hails from the town of North Bergen. She goes by several names, including Dani, Sheikh, and Yellow Girl. 070 is a homage to her former Jersey area code and to 070, an 11-member New Jersey collective that includes The Competition producers Razzie Beatz, Ether Phoenix and Jay Sebastian.
Shayk makes all kinds of music and was signed to Kanye West’s GOOD Music label in 2017. She also collaborated with West on ‘Ghost Town’ and was featured on Ray’s ‘Escapism’, which debuted at number one in the UK.
How long have Lily-Rose Depp and Shayk been dating?
Rumors of the two dating began in early 2023. In May of the same year, Depp posted a photo of the two kissing and wrote above the image, “Unrequited love for the first time in 4 months.” It is believed that the relationship between the two began around early February, and rumors of them dating started circulating around that time after they were spotted together at Paris Fashion Week.
In 2024, the couple appeared to be still going strong as they appeared on Depp’s Instagram Stories to celebrate their one-year anniversary (apparently on January 11). Depp shared a photo of the rapper sitting in front of her hugging her, and wrote above the photo, “1 < 3, my tick, my forever."

Depp split from her boyfriend of two years, Timothée Chalamet, at the end of 2021. Before they became girlfriends, she dated actor Austin Butler for a very short time.
070 Shayk dated musician Kehlani for several months in 2021 and dated Instagram model Sofia Diana Rodato from 2017 to 2021.

On September 29, 2023, the couple made a public appearance together in San Diego, California. The two were walking down the street, holding hands and laughing. At one point, Depp reached out to touch his partner’s face in a gentle gesture.
In the image, Depp was wearing a blue top, slacks, and tan loafers. Sheikh was wearing a black leather jacket and camo pants, along with a black T-shirt and boots.
In mid-October 2023, she was photographed shopping at the upscale Erewhon grocery store in Los Angeles. They again hugged frequently while walking down the aisle and while waiting to pay for their drinks at the register. Depp wore a Kiss crop top, low-slung sweatpants, and black boots. For accessories, she wore sunglasses and a handbag slung over one shoulder.

On Wednesday, October 16th, the pair attended Charli XCX and Troye Sivan’s concert in Los Angeles. During the show, the pair were seen hugging each other, with Depp briefly resting his head on his partner’s shoulder. The idol star wore a denim jacket and matching jeans over a leopard print top. The rapper wore a beige jacket, oversized pants, and black combat boots.
Depp appeared in Shayk’s “Winter Baby/New Jersey Blues” music video.
On October 15, 2024, the rapper called Depp “my muse” when he released his latest music video from his album Petrichor.
The lyrics also seemed to refer to the actress. “I found the girl, and she’s worth all the pain…If it doesn’t work out, I’m gonna kill the machine/Girly keep the clothes in Los Angeles/I’ll take you to your favorite place to eat,” Sheik raps.

Depp made an unusual comment about Sheik during the press tour for Nosferatu.
I’m talking to E! News At the 15th Annual Governors Awards on Sunday, November 17, 2024, Depp was asked about her relationship and the rapper’s new album. She said: “I feel like there’s not enough time in this short interview to sum it all up. But I’m incredibly proud. Yes, she’s incredibly talented. I’m so proud.”
When asked why their relationship is so successful, she replied: “I mean, I think it’s, you know, that kind of feeling. Words can’t describe that kind of feeling. But yeah, I’m very happy.”
Shayk dedicated his 2024 album to Depp.
While Shayk released his album Petrichor in November 2024, Depp wrote on his Instagram Story, “The time has come. There’s no one like you and there’s no one like this album. Y’all aren’t ready!!!!”

Shake was Depp’s date to the Nosferatu premiere after-party.
On Thursday, December 12, 2024, Depp and 070 Shayk were photographed holding hands as they left the Nosferatu afterparty at Sunset Boulevard Tower in Los Angeles. Depp wore a silver satin gown under a black bomber jacket and silver strappy heels. The rapper wore a large gray vest over a white button-down and matching gray slacks.
In December 2024, Depp revealed that he was carrying around a lock of Shayk’s hair.
In an interview with MTV UK, Depp revealed that he keeps some of Shayk’s hair in a locket, saying: “I have a locket of my boyfriend’s hair. It’s like[Nosferatu].”

On August 1, Depp posted a carousel of mirror selfies with Shayk on Instagram. In the image, Depp is wearing a sheer top over a matching white bra and panties.
