Hailee Steinfeld is clearly enjoying newlywed life with husband Josh Allen.
In an interview with Bustle magazine, the Sinners actress, 28, opened up about her relationship with Buffalo Bills quarterback Allen, 29.
“I literally thank God every day that I found the right person for me. It’s the best thing in the world,” she told the outlet. “Life has meaning. Everything has meaning. With him, I feel like I’m stepping into a version of what I’ve always dreamed of.”
Asked by a reporter if she was thinking of having children, Steinfeld replied, “Of course.”

Her comments come more than five months after she and Allen tied the knot in Southern California on May 31 in an elegant ceremony filled with “love and magic,” she later wrote in the Beau Society newsletter.
“It felt like love was flowing in every vein of the tree at this gorgeous venue in Santa Barbra,” Steinfeld continued. “Having our family and friends together made it even bigger.”
“The flow of the reception was dance, speech, cry, dance, eat, dance, speech, cry, dance,” Steinfeld added.
The Oscar nominee and Allen were first reported to be dating in the spring of 2023, but the pair kept their relationship a secret for months.
In February of the following year, a source confirmed to an insider that the two were getting serious.

“They always planned to spend more time together once his season was over. Things are going very well. They are both very family-oriented and driven and want to protect their relationship and keep it private,” a source said at the time. “They’re on the same page about all of this.”
In July of the same year, Allen went public with Steinfeld on Instagram, posting a carousel of photos that included photos of the couple together, confirming their relationship.
The two made their red carpet debut as a couple in February of this year, three months before their wedding.

Being with Allen also helped Steinfeld as an artist, she tells Bustle. “The peace of mind that you have, that rock, that solid, consistent part of your life, is indescribable.”
Steinfeld received rave reviews as well as awards buzz for her role as Michael B. Jordan’s shaken ex-lover in Ryan Coogler’s thriller “Sinners,” released in April. Next, she will star opposite Miles Teller in The Winter Games, a romantic drama set during the Olympics.
