On July 12th, Angelina Jolie’s youngest children, twins Vivienne and Knox, turned 18. The twins are the youngest of Angelina Jolie’s six children and are already legal adults, joining older siblings Maddox, 24, Pax, 22, Zahara, 21, and Shiloh, 20.
According to a source who spoke to People, the 51-year-old is now “ready” to “experience the world” with them, including setting up a new home outside of California.
“She’s been talking about leaving Los Angeles for years,” the source said. “She’s happy to have more freedom and flexibility in her life.”
Jolie shares her children with her ex-husband, actor Brad Pitt. The former couple finalized their divorce in 2024 after 12 years of dating, but since then “her children have always been her top priority,” a source said.
The source added that Jolie “wants them to experience the world and is excited to do more of that together.” “She’s ready for it.”
In August 2024, Jolie told The Hollywood Reporter that she was living in Los Angeles “because I have to be here because of my divorce,” adding, “But as soon as they turn 18, they can leave.”
“When you have a large family, you want to have privacy, peace and security,” she continued. “I have a home now to raise my kids, but sometimes this place…can mean that the humanity I find all over the world is not what I grew up with here.[After Los Angeles]I’m going to spend a lot of time in Cambodia.
