She completed her attempt to achieve fetch.

Tina Fey has revealed that the popular Mean Girls series will end after the much-criticized musical film adaptation in 2024.

“I promise there won’t be any more repeats,” the 55-year-old actress and comedian declared at a HISTORYTalks event in Philadelphia last month.

But the “30 Rock” alum also praised the popular series that started with her screenplay, which was based on Rosalind Wiseman’s nonfiction book “Queen Bees and Wannabes.”

“We have tried to honor the original with each iteration. The original is like a sociology book about relational aggression and how to help girls from such behavior,” she explained.

“Yeah, we all love the Plastics. They have the best costumes. At the end of the day, we don’t want to copy them,” Fey continued. “We want to draw attention to the fact that their actions are actually letting them down.”

Representatives for Mr. Fay did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

The series began in 2004 with the film Mean Girls, in which Fey wrote and starred as math teacher Sharon Norbury.

The film also stars Lindsay Lohan as the main character, Cady Heron, and Rachel McAdams, Amanda Seyfried, and Lacey Chabert as the popular plastic gang.

The original film was followed by a television sequel in 2011, and a 2018 Broadway musical starring Sabrina Carpenter as Heron and Renee Rapp as Regina George.

Fey returned to write the script for the 2024 reboot, with Angourie Rice taking over as Heron and Rupp returning as George.

Two years ago, Fey told The New York Times about the 2024 musical adaptation: “There are other things I’d like to do, but I’m so grateful that this movie seems to be staying in people’s hearts.”

“When I look at it, I remember how hard I worked on it in the first place. I feel like that brick and mortar was the best work I could have done at the time,” she added. “It’s not perfect, but it holds water.”

The “Saturday Night Live” alum gave a shoutout to “Mean Girls” when she hosted her first episode of “SNL UK” in March of this year.

“My name is Tina Fey. Here in the UK, you may know me as the teacher on Mean Girls. Or you may remember me from playing Sarah Palin on SNL US back in the day,” she joked.
