Selena Gomez spent the night out of the MTV VMAS spotlight, but today she wasn’t completely offline. The singer shared a series of new photos on her Instagram stories, including a shot of her wrapped in a bed blanket while checking out makeup artist Hung Vanngo’s new beauty line. “I finally got my @hungvanngobauty bag!!” she wrote.
Earlier in the day, Gomez paid tribute to his fiancé Benny Blanco. “No one will make me laugh in your way,” she wrote. She also shared some steamy shots of herself relaxing outside.
Gomez is scheduled to attend Emmy this Sunday, where her series has multiple nominations only for murders in the building. She is also preparing for her wedding with the swing. Over the weekend, TMZ reported that the couple tied the knot later this month. Sources said the wedding was closed in Montecito, California, with guests closing in to a secret venue chosen by Blanco and Gomez.
The two began dating more than two years ago and quickly realized that they had found their match. As Blanco told an interview in January this year, “When we hang out for the second time, our second date, I thought, ‘Wait, does she like me?” It was easy when I think you’ve met the right person since then. But it was like, “This is my wife” as we started hanging out. I told my mother, “This is the girl I’m going to marry.” ”
Gomez recently spoke about her own certainty, telling Jake Shane last month that she “I’ve never really felt very certain about anything (married to Blanco) and I don’t want to jinx about that.”
