Rob Gronkowski offered some cheeky dating advice to eligible bachelor Tom Brady.
The former New England Patriots tight end addressed Brady’s single status in an exclusive interview with Page Six while promoting the 2026 Gronk Beach Presented by DoorDash event.
“Follow your heart, Tom,” Gronk said with a cheeky grin, before adding, “You know, wherever your heart leads you, wherever your intuition leads you. Just follow your heart, Tom.”
Gronkowski said retired quarterbacks should approach dating the same way they approached their record-breaking careers in the NFL.
“Treat a football game the same way he treats a football game, the same way you treat a date, and you’ll be very successful. Like, No. 1 of all time,” he said.
When asked who has the most fun at parties between Brady, Julian Edelman and Mike Vrabel, Gronkowski answered without hesitation, “Tom.”
“This is a surprising answer, believe it or not. It really is. But Tom is in great shape right now,” Gronkowski said. “He’s ready. So, hey, it’s Tom I’m going with.”
Gronk admitted that he “never partnered” with Vrabel, the current Patriots head coach, and that the two “never overlapped.”
As for former Patriots teammate Edelman, Gronkowski said he would have been No. 1, but the retired wide receiver has toned down his rough-and-tumble ways.
“He was the ultimate partner, but he’s toned it down a lot,” Gronkowski said of his co-host on the “Dues on Dudes” podcast, adding, “But he was definitely No. 1 at one point. You know, he was my go-to guy. He was my collaborator.”
As for whether Brady plans to stop by Gronk Beach this weekend, Gronkowski admitted his friend “never showed up.”
“Because he can’t stand it,” Gronkowski joked. “You know, he doesn’t have dance moves like I do.”
Still, Gronkowski said Brady is “always invited” to the music festival, which will be held April 19 at the Cosmopolitan’s Marquee Day Club during WWE’s WrestleMania Las Vegas weekend.
“If he wants to come, we have full VIP set up,” he said. “And if (for some reason) he’s in Las Vegas, I have to tell him, ‘Hey, just show up. Let’s take some pictures. Now, you’re not playing anymore. I’m not playing anymore. We can enjoy our time.’
Gronkowski, 36, and Brady, 48, overlapped with the Patriots from 2010 to 2018 and reunited to play for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 2020 to 2021.
Brady has been on the party scene ever since his divorce from Gisele Bündchen was finalized in October 2022 after 13 years of marriage. Since then, he has been spotted with a number of beauties including Irina Shayk, Sofia Vergara, and most recently Alix Earle.
Meanwhile, Gronkowski has been in a long-term relationship with Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Camille Kostek since 2013.
Kostek, 34, exclusively told Page Six in February that she would like her boyfriend to appear on “Dancing with the Stars.”
Speaking to Page Six, Gronk revealed that he would like to join “DWTS” if it works out.
“I’m not denying that possibility, but the problem here is it’s during football season, so it’s really hard to do all the things you’re supposed to do throughout the season and still be fully committed to ‘Dancing with the Stars,'” he said.
But Gronkowski said he would “never rule out that possibility” and loved the idea of returning to a strict exercise schedule.
“I don’t think that’s going to happen this year. But, you know, I love dancing,” he said. “I also love that strict schedule. So it’s a structured schedule. And that’s what it means. You know, it’s like being on the football field again. Being part of a football team with training camp.”
“So I wouldn’t rule out that possibility, but I don’t think it’s going to happen at this point. And we’ll have to work it out.”
However, he strongly hopes that Kostek will appear in the dance contest.
“The person I really want to see on ‘Dancing with the Stars’ is Camille, because she’s an amazing dancer,” he said. “She was a cheerleader for the Patriots. She danced all her life.”
