The filming of the latest ‘Summer House’ reunion has been rocked after spoilers leaked of audio of the cast talking about West Wilson’s relationship with controversial star Amanda Batula. Now, Bravo has released a statement saying the network is investigating the breach.
“The audio leak for ‘Summerhouse Reunion’ is a serious breach of trust and a clear lack of respect for the integrity of the cast, crew and production process,” reads a statement posted to X on Friday morning. “We take this matter very seriously and have launched a thorough investigation and will take appropriate action based on our findings.”
Additionally, Bravo mainstay and reunion host Andy Cohen responded to a fan in a thread Friday morning who warned him, “Andy please stay offline, you won’t like the news.”
“Not at all,” he replied. “I’m on my way to eye surgery and I’m just reading through it. People vented their feelings for 10 hours yesterday and it’s disgusting and illegal for anyone to leak or distribute this. It’s disrespectful to the production and the tears the cast spent yesterday. Please continue the season and we’ll all figure it out in time.”
The reunion was filmed on April 23, and much of the discussion centered on the newly confirmed relationship between Batula and Wilson. Batula was previously married to Wilson’s friend Kyle Cook, and Wilson had an on-and-off relationship with Batula’s best friend Ciara Miller. The cast members have all spent multiple seasons together on the Bravo reality show.
