Andy Cohen is back.
The TV host is speaking out after Lisa Kudrow accused Bravo producers of staging a scene from “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” during this season’s cast trip to Italy.
“There was a huge uproar on the show saying people were accusing me of faking her,” Cohen began on Wednesday’s episode of SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live.
He explained to co-host John Hill that the scene Kudrow was referring to was when Dorit Kemsley left fellow cast members Kyle Richards and Erika Jayne stranded in Italy after a huge fight.
“Dorit said, ‘Fuck you,’ and left in a Mercedes van,” Cohen continued. “Lisa was pointing out that there was another Mercedes van there, so they weren’t stranded.”
But the father of two said he heard from producers that Kemsley “left them stranded on the streets.”
“The other vehicle was a crew vehicle that was taking the crew somewhere else,” Cohen said. “So Kyle and Erica called home and asked for a ride home. They called home, and the van that had just dropped off the crew came back to pick up Erica and Kyle.”
The radio host promised it was “authentic” to see Jayne and Richards “walking down the road” waiting for a car.
He added that the reality stars had been waiting “for a while” for Kluban to return to pick them up.
“It’s not that interesting,” Cohen mused. “Sorry to bore you all, but that’s what happened.”
The awkward moment between the author and Kudrow happened during Monday night’s episode of “Watch What Happens Live.”
During the broadcast, Cohen asked the “Friends” star if she watches the “Housewives” series.
Mr. Kudrow replied, “Yes,” before warning Mr. Cohen: “I saw the ‘Beverly Hills'[episode]. You don’t want me to talk about it. I’m saying it now.”
“I’m just going to say black Mercedes twin sprinters. I get it, sorry,” the “Comeback” star quipped, to which Cohen responded with an awkward laugh: “Okay, yeah.”
Ms Kudrow didn’t believe the scene was real, but Ms Richards revealed that she and Mr Kemsley were no longer on speaking terms after the huge crash.
Before the episode in question aired, Bravolebrity told Us Weekly in December that the “Unburdened” author “wasn’t open-minded,” which led to a “huge fight.”
“When something’s in her head, that’s it,” Richards said. “It’s really frustrating trying to have a conversation with her. Unfortunately, as we tried to resolve the issue, it was like two steps forward, three steps back.”
Their argument continued at the reunion, with Kemsley accusing Richards of talking behind her back about his spending habits during the season.
The mother-of-two, who once reportedly owed $1.3 million in unpaid taxes, also claimed that her ex-friend came into Season 15 with a “plan” to make her look “bad” amidst her tumultuous divorce from estranged husband PK Kemsley.
Ms Richards vehemently denies the accusations, calling the clash between the two “sad”.
Kemsley also got into a fistfight with Jayne during the three-part sit-in.
The two were unable to resolve their issues and the swimsuit designer doubled down, feeling unsupported by the singer.
That day, Kemsley and Jayne agreed that they needed space from each other.
“RHOBH” Season 15 is streaming on Peacock.
