Jay-Z performed a scathing freestyle to Drake, Kanye West, Nicki Minaj and more during his headlining show at Philadelphia’s Roots Picnic.
While rapping about the “Anaconda” emcee, Jay (real name Shawn Carter) said: “That woman goes back to work and sounds like she’s in love with them / Her Ken (Petty’s Petty)…can’t even take the kids…enough about them.” (Nicki is married to Kenneth Petty, who was convicted of attempted first-degree rape for assaulting a then-16-year-old girl.)
“Rappers ain’t no match for me, I’ve got MAGA Republicans/Their shots are from the top of the government, good luck,” he raps. (Nicki, 43, recently came out as a supporter of President Donald Trump.)
Jay, 56, also recently hit back at Drake (real name Aubrey Graham), who repeatedly disparaged the Roc Nation founder on his new album.
On “Janice STFU,” the “Hotline Bling” rapper, 39, said: “We know how excited the OGs are. Man, we’re getting better.”
In response, Jay rapped on Saturday: “I’m feeling better, no, I’m number 10 / Wrong chart champ, no, I admired Hov, but I never looked up to them.”
When talking about West, Jay said: “Have you heard of the Wonder Kin? My kids are part of it too/Aren’t you ashamed? Do you really want to get under my skin?/I really get under the skin (sting), ask Anne how I play.”
“Another thug, everyone thinks they’re crazy/You’re not crazy, look at how he acts sane in front of me, don’t cringe,” the “Empire State of Mind” rapper, 56, added.
As Page Six previously reported, in March of last year, West, 48, attacked Beyoncé and Jay’s two youngest children online with baseless abuse, questioning their mental competency.
Page Six reached out to representatives for Nicki and Ye for comment, but did not immediately receive a response.
A representative for Drake declined to comment.
