Heather Dubrow thinks Shannon Beador is hiding her recently rekindled friendship with Tamra Judge.
The “Real Housewives of Orange County” star, 57, opened up about her co-star’s tumultuous friendship on Page Six’s “Virtual Reality” and why she believes Beador, 62, will never publicly acknowledge that she has reconciled with Judge, 58.
“I have a theory about that,” Dubrow said. “If the crowd likes you in one lane and then you go back there, they’re probably not going to like you anymore.”
“I wonder if there are people who think like that,” he added.
Dubrow noted that the RHOC fanbase has largely sided with Beador during his long-running feud with the judges. The feud was further exacerbated by the judges’ harsh criticism of Beador’s drinking habits after a DUI on the show’s 18th season, as well as Beador’s close friendship with Alexis Bellino, who is married to Beador’s ex-girlfriend John Janssen.
The judges first speculated that Beador “didn’t want anyone to know” that they were in a “good” relationship.
“Some people just do it for the sake of the Instagram comments section,” the judge told VRT earlier this month.
They may be friendly now, but their time fighting on screen is far from over.
As you may know, Judge and Beador got into an explosive argument at The Quiet Woman restaurant in Corona del Mar, made famous by RHOC, during the filming of “The Real Housewives: 20 Days of Explosion,” which is scheduled to be released on August 9th.
“I feel like Tamra and Shannon both felt like they were in the right in that fight,” Dubrow said, adding that although she was at the party, she was “not around” her friends when the hell started.
Dubrow said she didn’t know about the altercation between Judge and Beador until she attended Dorinda Medley’s finale party at Bluestone Manor later in the season.
“When I went to the finale party at Dorinda’s house, there was a lot of chatter about The OC,” she said. “It was just me and Vicki from ‘Orange County’ at the finale. It was embarrassing.”
Meanwhile, it seems like the cast of “The Real Housewives of Rhode Island” might have given the ladies of “Orange County” a run for their money at a medley soiree.
“They started the reunion in the middle of the party,” Dubrow teased. “And Dorinda was like, ‘Oh, no, no, no, no, guys. This isn’t your time.'”
“The Real Housewives of Orange County” airs Thursday nights at 8pm ET on Bravo, with new episodes streaming the next day on Peacock.
