Sharon and Kelly Osbourne spent a glamorous night together on Wednesday, making their first red carpet appearance since Ozzy Osbourne’s death in July.
The mother-daughter duo were all smiles and held hands as they posed for photographers at an event hosted by fashion designer Rebecca Vallance in London.
Sharon, 73, looked stunning in a long-sleeved, floor-length sequined maroon dress. She accessorized with diamond earrings and a black clutch.
Kelly, 41, opted for a pink halter-neck dress encrusted with rhinestones and styled her blonde hair in a chic updo. She let her dress shine and kept her accessories to a minimum except for a pair of diamond hoop earrings. Her fiancé, Sid Wilson, also attended the event.
Kelly shared a photo of her mother and Valance on Instagram.
“Had the best time with my mom and @rebeccavallancegasan at the @rebeccavallance new release,” she captioned the photo. “I’ve never worn a dress like this before. It took me out of my black comfort zone and was a bubblegum pink dream come true.”
“I thought my mom was so beautiful and it was so nice to see her having a little fun,” she added.
Kelly revealed on The Osbournes Podcast that for two months after Ozzy’s death earlier this month, Sharon had been sleeping in Ozzy’s bed because she was having trouble sleeping on her own.
“I had no idea how terrible grief could be. I never thought I could love someone this much and miss someone this much,” Kelly said.
“I hate sleeping at night,” Sharon admitted.
Kelly said it was difficult to start the day thinking about her late father.
“I wake up and feel normal for the first three seconds. Then I remember everything. Mornings are the hardest for me,” she explained.
“What’s a morning? Because it was a morning thing. And I spent most of the morning with my dad,” she continued.
Ozzy passed away on July 22nd. He passed away at the age of 76.
The Black Sabbath frontman died of a heart attack, according to a death certificate filed at a London registry office by his daughter Amy Osbourne.
