Zac Efron finally appeared on “Dancing with the Stars” to cheer on his brother Dylan Efron in the semifinals.
The “High School Musical” star, 38, was seen sitting front and center at Tuesday’s show with his sister Olivia, 5, on his lap.
Olivia wore a pink puff-sleeve dress to watch the live competition, while Zac looked casual in a dark button-down shirt over a white T-shirt.
Dylan, 33, and his partner Daniela Caragazzi have just completed their 10th week in the competition, but fans are confused why it took so long for the Iron Crow actor to appear – even Prince William made a surprise appearance before he did.
Fans repeatedly flooded social media with an almost relentless stream of comedic posts, urging Zach to join the show.
But the “traitor” graduates weren’t too concerned about the delay.
“Hey, he’s doing his job,” Dylan told Extra with a laugh in October, adding that Zach “supports[him]every day.”
Last month, fans were hoping to see the “17 Again” actor when Olivia led a performance of “Rewrite the Stars” from Zack’s movie “The Greatest Showman” with Caragazzi at Dylan’s Dedication Night.
Dylan dedicated his performance to Olivia, giving an emotional nod to Zach.
“I dedicate this dance to my sister Olivia,” Dylan said in a pre-recorded video ahead of the emotional performance, adding, “I never thought I’d get to be a big brother…but right away, I couldn’t leave her.”
“The fact that I can dance to ‘Rewrite the Stars’ now is out of respect for my brother,” he explained, overcome with emotion.
“Zac has always taken care of me and done such selfless things for me. I want to be that for Olivia too, to be the best role model I can be.”
Fans were thrilled to finally see the former teenager in the audience cheering on Dylan, who is famously close to his older brother.
“My heart soared when Zac Efron showed up on screen,” exclaimed an X fan, while another wrote, “I hate when y’all bully Zac Efron into the ballroom.”
“I screamed when Zac Efron came on screen. I burst into tears when I was there with him and Dylan’s sister Olivia,” a third person agreed.
“Zac Efron and Julianne Hough in the same room – Dirty Grandpa Reunion,” a third joked, referring to the 2016 comedy they starred in.
A photo circulating on X showed Hough, who currently co-hosts Season 34 with Alfonso Ribeiro, posing with Zach and Olivia in the audience.
Dylan and Zach (parents Starla Baskett and David Efron divorced in 2016) are now big brothers to Olivia and Henry, 4, whom David takes as his second wife.
