Jesse Gatikaula and her husband Jordan are still “together” after her affair with Marciano Brunette was exposed on “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives,” a source confirmed to Page Six.
The reality stars continue to do well in their marriage, the source added, noting that Jesse has tagged Jordan on his Instagram profile.
A wedding ring emoji now appears next to his name, shutting down speculation of a breakup.
In a new interview with Us Weekly published Friday, Jessi opened up about how she and Jordan are slowly repairing their relationship.
“They’re getting better. For them to go public with this and for us to have to make a film about it was forced therapy,” she said. “We’ve had to talk about things that we’ve been hiding. We’ve been in therapy since all this happened, and it’s helped a lot.”
Jessi, 33, said she and Jordan are trying to deal with their own challenges.
“I needed to work on it, Jordan needed to work on it, and we’re both actively working on it. We’re both taking steps to improve and get better,” she said.
Hulu personalities understand that results won’t be immediate.
“I feel like it’s going to be a long journey,” she admitted. “We’re trying to make it work and we’re checking every day to see if we can make these changes.”
During the Season 2 finale, the brunette revealed on camera that she had an affair with Jesse.
Jesse then revealed in season 3 that it was an emotional connection, confessing that they actually kissed but never ended up getting together.
“[Watching season 3 again]was surreal,” Jesse told Us Weekly. “I feel like half the time I could only tell that I was struggling. I felt empty while watching it.”
“So that was really hard for me, especially because you know the emotions I was feeling in certain scenes,” she continued. “But as the months went by and I started to heal a little bit, it was also kind of healing to look back and see it through a different lens.”
Jessi said she’s not “in love” with the “Vanderpump Villa” star, but “confides in him a lot.”
“I had a dynamic with Jordan in my marriage, but I never told anyone about it,” she said. “My family and friends knew because they were checking on me, but I tried to say, ‘Everything’s okay.’
Jesse and the brunette had an emotional affair for two weeks until she confessed to her husband.
“Jordan found out when she checked my phone and stopped calling me,” she said. “But it was a blessing in disguise because it needed an end. I didn’t want to do this for months or years. I didn’t know how to get out of it.”
Jessi revealed she hasn’t had contact with the brunette in “over six months” and has “blocked” him on all forms of social media.
She and Jordan have been married since 2020 and have two children, Jagger, 5, and Jovi, 2. Jordan also has a daughter from a previous marriage.
