This update comes after Hailey spoke about what she’s learned from her first year of motherhood in a recent podcast appearance.
Hailey and Justin Bieber gave a rare glimpse into their life with their 15-month-old son, Jack Bruce, on a recent Twitch stream.
The couple, who welcomed their first child in August 2024, spoke candidly about Jack’s personality. Hailey shared that their toddler is already developing an outgoing personality. “That’s the kind of person he is,” she said. “He’ll just walk up and start hugging.”
Justin echoed her sentiments, explaining that Jack embodies the confidence he always wanted in his child. “I always wanted a child who was extremely shy and didn’t want to go around people,” he said. “He’s a very friendly and open person. He’s too cute.”
The conversation marked one of the rare times the two have spoken publicly about their son since his birth. Hayley recently spoke to Owen Seale on In Your Dreams about motherhood and reflected on how she balances her road business with being a parent now. “I’m someone who’s always wanted to be a mother, so I’m very, very, very devoted to my son,” she said. “I certainly have help, and I have it full-time, and I’m not ashamed to say that at all. Without help, I wouldn’t have been able to build my career and do my job.”
“If he’s not with me, he’s with his father. He’s always with his family, and… he’s always with one of us, or someone, the godfather or something like that.”
Hailey also opened up about adjusting to motherhood. “It felt daunting to step into that,” she said. “Once he got here, it didn’t feel that hard. You can never fully prepare for it, because you don’t know what it’s like until you step into it,” she continued. “I’m learning something new every day about how to be a mother, what’s best for my son, and what’s best for me as a mother.”
