She knows they are lying because their lips are moving.
Meghan Trainor has slammed body shamers who have “attacked” her over her 60-pound weight loss, assuring her that she is perfectly healthy.
“For literally the first time in my life, post-baby, I’m paying the utmost attention to my health. I feel better than I’ve ever felt and look incredibly beautiful,” she said on “Entertainment Tonight” on Wednesday.
“I’m feeling good and that’s when people attack me,” she added, noting that the voices of criticism had become “loud” and “sneaky.”
“I take care of myself,” she repeated. “We have to find a way to not be affected by that.”
The 31-year-old trainer explained that he has learned how to eat healthier and loves strength training, especially after giving up gluten and diary due to leaky gut.
The singer released a new song this week, “Still Don’t Care,” in which she called out the same haters who criticized her when she was “too fat” and now that she’s “too thin.”
“You can say what you want, you can say you don’t like me very much/You can tear me apart but I sleep well at night (Woo),” she sings at the beginning of the song.
“When you say I’m too much, you’re probably right/It’s the same thing I’ve heard all my life/You say I’m too fat, then I’m too skinny/And I want to stand out, but I want to fit in.”
Back in March, the trainer shocked fans by losing a significant amount of weight before admitting to using Mounjaro, the brand name for the GLP-1 injectable drug tirzepatide.
At the time, she also debuted breast implants and a lift after giving birth to and breastfeeding her two sons with husband Daryl Sabara.
Since then, she has shown off her body transformation at multiple performances and galas.
She even replaced the lyrics with her iconic body positive song “All About That Base.”
