The Kardashian family is said to be unhappy that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are “overshadowing” Kris Jenner’s 70th birthday party.
A source exclusively told Page Six that the famous progeny is “angry at the Sussex camp” for “covering up” what was supposed to be a “celebration of Chris.”
The source was referring to the drama surrounding a photo of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex inside a party that has since been deleted. The couple’s representatives have reportedly asked Jenner and Kim Kardashian to delete photos of the royal couple that were shared in an Instagram photo dump summarizing the party.
Additionally, recent reports claim that Prince Harry and Markle marked “no” on a consent form that was allegedly handed out at a moms’ night out.
However, another source close to the situation told Page Six adamantly that’s not true at all, as there was no consent form.
Page Six has reached out to representatives for both the Kardashians and the Sussexes for comment.
As previously reported, Prince Harry and Markle headed to Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s $175 million mansion in Beverly Hills over the weekend for Jenner’s star-studded soiree, and were photographed holding hands upon arriving at the mansion.
After the party, Jenner posted photos on Instagram on a merry-go-round, including one of her posing with Prince Harry and Markle at the bash, which has now mysteriously been deleted.
Kardashian shared a photo with Markle on her account, but that photo has also been deleted.
As social media theories begin to swirl as to why the photo was removed, a source exclusively told Page Six that a representative for the Sussexes contacted the Kardashian-Jenner family with a request to remove it.
“They don’t want to upset the royal family, who are trying to reconcile,” the source said, referring to Prince Harry’s efforts to mend relations with his father, Charles III, and brother, Prince William.
“They need a (royal) family, and Meghan knows that.”
It was also reported that the “Harry & Meghan” stars wanted the photo removed in honor of Britain’s Remembrance Day, which commemorates soldiers killed in action.
In honor of the somber holiday, Harry rocked a red poppy pin on a black tuxedo for Jenner’s starry event.
