Ariana Madix returned to Dancing with the Stars on Tuesday night looking almost unrecognizable.
Madix, 40, who traditionally flaunts her signature blonde hair, left viewers perplexed when she appeared on the show with her brunette locks cascading down her back.
Dressed in an embellished bra top, white silk pants, and open-front shirt set, her more subtle makeup matched the new relaxed hairstyle she debuted.
Maddix returned to the reality show to celebrate his 20th anniversary. She appeared in season 32 and placed third overall in the dance competition.
The anniversary episode kicked off with living professionals dancing alongside six of the show’s original dancers in a piece choreographed by Derek Hough, and former co-host Tom Bergeron returning as the night’s guest judge.
Maddix shared some footage from the night to her Instagram Stories, captioning it, “@dancingwiththestars changed my life. I’m so proud and honored that my name is a small part of this incredibly magical show.”
She also shared images with “DWTS” alums Chandler Kinney and Kaitlyn Bristowe, “Bachelor” winner Kelsey Anderson, and even took a sweet selfie with “DWTS” partner Pasha Pashkov.
Asked on “Good Morning America” what his favorite moment on the show was, Maddix recalled, “I think when me and Pasha got a perfect score. That’s really, really hard to beat. I think he’s the most underrated professional, and to see him get the flower in that moment…I feel like he so deserves that recognition.”
From Sidney Sweeney’s new bob to Pamela Anderson’s bright red hue to Ariana Grande’s brunette locks, it’s the season to make some hair changes.
