The Better Call Saul actress first met the Los Angeles-based producer and real estate agent in 2013 through a serendipitous chance. More than a decade later, the couple continues to maintain a quiet relationship, occasionally giving glimpses of their life with Larson’s two sons on social media.

The two met through Larson’s ex-wife, Mary Alice Haney.
In 2019, Seehorn shared this story himself with X. “When I told my hairdresser that I wanted to start dating again, she told me that I should meet another woman at the salon. I hit it off with her, had a new girlfriend, and was happy. But she insisted on starting a relationship with me. I’m now engaged to a guy who was her ex-boyfriend. She didn’t tell me.”
Seehorn appeared on the podcast Really Famous with Kara Mayer Robinson in 2018 and expanded on the story. She recalled meeting Haney by chance at a hair salon after a conversation with a colorist. “I told the colorist, ‘If you want to fix me, I’ll take it,’ because I don’t go to bars or do anything,” she explained.
The colorist introduced her to Haney, and the two hit it off right away. “By the end of the conversation, I said, ‘There’s no need to patch things up. I’d rather have a great girlfriend in town than a guy friend any day,'” Seehorn said. “And she goes, ‘No, no, no, I know who you should date.'” That was Mary Alice Haney, and she married me to her ex-husband, who is now my fiancé. ”
After a career in film, Larson works in real estate.
Larson began her career in public relations in Washington, D.C., and moved to New York and then Los Angeles to work in production, according to her professional website. His production credits include The Last Samurai and Once and Again. He then joined Sotheby’s International Realty, where he says he found his “true passion” for residential real estate.
Seehorn and Larson began dating in 2013.
Seehorn shared an Instagram post on Jan. 26, writing, “10 years ago today, I’m so glad I said yes to a blind date. I was set up by a woman I just met 45 minutes ago at a salon who turned out to be his ex-wife. They have a very young boy, now my son too. I love them all so much. Seehorn also recalled details of their first meeting with Haney in June 2025 during a conversation on the SHE MD podcast. After Haney sent an email introducing Larson, Seehorn said she immediately looked him up online. “All I can think of is their wedding photo,” she told Haney. “You two have aged so much that it doesn’t seem like it was that long ago.”
The exchange quickly turned playful. “So I’ll CC you both and reply, ‘It’s nice to meet you both, you’re great, I’d love to hang out with you sometime.'” Graham will remove you from CC and say, “Hey, would you like to have dinner sometime?” And I thought, “Scammer!” what? ”
After a few emails and jokes about Haney possibly coming, Seehorn decided to go on a blind date. “I said, ‘No matter what, I’m going to get a good story out of this. I’m going to go to this coffee, and maybe they’ll show up in leather clothes – I don’t know – I’ll go.’
The couple was engaged by 2015.
It’s unclear when exactly the proposal took place, but Larson confirmed the engagement on Instagram in May 2015. “Happy birthday to my beautiful fiancé. You are my light, my compass, and my everything,” he wrote.
Seehorn has mentioned Larson in interviews and public appearances.
While promoting 2022’s Better Call Saul, Seehorn told Vanity Fair that she and Larson were in London together when she learned of her Emmy nomination. “The three of us ordered drinks and[Graham]bent over and said, ‘Baby, I get it,'” she said. “And other mornings when I didn’t get it, he held my hand the whole time.”
Larson has two sons from his first marriage and spoke candidly to Seehorn about fatherhood.
Larson has two children with Haney, Gray and Henry McClain. Speaking about her relationship with the couple on Really Famous, Seehorn said, “They call me stepmom. They’re 9 1/2 and 11. They’re amazing. My relationship and how close I am to them and the reason I’m so close is entirely due to their parents’ permission and the way they co-parent.”
Adding, “From the first time I picked up the boys at Mary Alice’s house, she said, ‘This is Leah. Wait until you meet Leah, she’s amazing! You’re going to love her!'” She approaches it honestly with the idea that the more people love my kids, and love my kids, the better they’ll be. ”
On the SHE MD podcast, Seehorn said, “First he talked to me about kids. He said, ‘I want you to know that kids are the most important thing in my life, so you don’t have to decide right now if you want kids or not. But if you know in your head that you don’t want kids in my life, then you shouldn’t go on a second date.'”
Haney replied, “That’s kind of a terrible thing to say.”
Seehorn added: “I found that fascinating because he wasn’t like, ‘I need to know if you want to be my stepmom starting today.'” He wasn’t pursuing the relationship in an unpleasant way, but he was definitely making it known that he was here for the relationship. I’m grateful because it’s in the very near future. ”
They haven’t revealed any wedding details, but have been discussing their ideas.
On the Really Famous podcast, Seehorn said Larson already had a “big, lavish wedding” in Capri. “It was absolutely insane,” she recalls.
Seehorn continued, “At the time he was a movie producer and now he’s a successful real estate agent at Sotheby’s. So they threw this big party. He loved it, but he doesn’t want to do it again. But I’m not married, so he doesn’t know what I want. As long as we can bring their sons, and now my sons, he’ll be fine. I don’t want a big wedding, but I don’t want to just give peace justice either.
She also laughed about touring one potential venue, which turned out to be less romantic than expected. “It looked like a vineyard. Beautiful little tables, little chairs, a beautiful breeze,” she said. “I asked them, ‘So, are you guys getting married here?’ And they were like, ‘Oh, yeah.’ After three minutes, they ask, “Do you want these chairs here?” And I said, “Do you mean the people who are sitting here right now?” “Yes, because they charge per chair.” I wasn’t happy. It was the same with the funeral industry. ”
They live in Los Angeles and have a close-knit blended family.
Larson’s website says he lives in Cheviot Hills with his fiancée and sons.
Seehorn also told Haney at SHE MD, “I usually work out of town, so I do everything I can to schedule my life and work so that I don’t disturb the boys whenever I’m home.”
