Timothée Chalamet avoided talking about Kylie Jenner in an interview with Vogue because he had “nothing to say.” He talked about how fatherhood “could be on your radar.” Jenner and Chalamet have been dating for more than two years, and a source told Entertainment Tonight earlier this year that Jenner wants to have a child with him.
Timothée Chalamet has been dating Kylie Jenner for over two years, but if you ask him about it, like Vogue, he’ll refuse to talk about it. “I’m not saying I’m afraid of it. I just don’t have anything to say,” he told the magazine.
Chalamet instead spoke about how marriage and children were on his mind. Regarding the relationship status of his Dune co-stars, he said, “Zendaya is engaged. Anya[Taylor-Joy]is married.” But he’s thinking specifically about fatherhood. He wants to have children someday and believes that “having children is the reason we are here,” writes Vogue magazine.
He recalled seeing an interview with a friend in which a childless person “bragged about being childless and how much time they had freed up for other things.” Their reaction was, “Oh my God. It’s dark,” he said.
Because of that, he teased that fatherhood “could get attention.”
And Jenner will be very supportive. In May, a source told Entertainment Tonight that she wanted to start a family with him.
“Kylie thinks Timothy is amazing with her kids (Stormy, 7, and Ayre, 3; Jenner’s children with ex Travis Scott) and has told those close to her that she wants to have another baby with him someday,” the source said, adding, “Kylie loves Timothy so much. She loves learning about his world and supporting him in any way she can.”
Jenner also avoids mentioning Chalamet in interviews. She told ELLE last fall why, “I think it’s important to keep things to yourself. Sometimes it’s hard to make decisions on your own, so the whole world’s opinions…that’s hard.”
