Stefon Diggs and girlfriend Cardi B may share a closet.
The New England Patriots wide receiver scores a touchdown in San Francisco ahead of this Sunday’s Super Bowl at Levi’s Stadium near Santa Clara.
As he prepares to face the Seattle Seahawks, the 32-year-old Diggs arrived in a flashy style more suited to the frigid temperatures of Massachusetts than California.
The NFL wrote “Diggs arrives in the Bay” on the X and posted a photo of the football player dressed in an outfit not unlike Cardi’s.
He wore a white tank top with a fuzzy Chanel topper from the Fall/Winter 2010 collection, which is currently on sale for $3,202. And Diggs kept the Yeti vibe going with furry Jacquemus x Moon boots ($760).
He wore distressed jeans and carried an ultra-rare Hermès black Dobris suede Birkin 40 bag. The same style is currently available at Sotheby’s, prices upon request, but a smaller style previously sold at 1st Dibs for $44,500.
He definitely stood out in the crowd as he stepped off the plane with his teammates, most wearing Patriots merchandise.
It didn’t take long for the comment section to go crazy over his new look. “Boy went deep into Cardi’s closet for that fit,” one fan wrote.
A second said: “Looks like he’s been swapped for a girlfriend,” while a third added: “He’s wearing Cardi’s clothes.”
However, this bag does not belong to the “Barthier Cardi” rapper, and is something the fashionable soccer player has actually carried before.
Cardi certainly has some sartorial chemistry with her beau, as they both wore Chanel to a Patriots game in December and she has an impressive Hermès collection of her own.
With the big match set for Sunday, we can’t wait to see what both halves of the trendy relationship will wear.
