Blake Robertson, who stars in Season 4 of Netflix’s “Ultimatum,” was arrested on suspicion of assaulting his girlfriend, Hayley Hendrich, after filming ended.
According to TMZ, Robertson was taken into custody at a store in Nacogdoches, Texas, last October after allegedly punching Hendrich.
Hendrich told the media he declined to press charges against Robertson. She also revealed that they had had private conversations about the incident, but she also wants him to be publicly accountable.
Robertson’s attorney Sean Hightower told TMZ, “Blake’s case was rightfully dismissed by prosecutors almost immediately and all records were expunged.”
Page Six reached out to Hendrich for comment, but he did not immediately respond.
Robertson and Hendrich are one of six couples appearing on season four of Netflix’s hit reality show “Ultimatum: Marry or Move On.”
In the series, which arrived on the streaming platform last week, couples decide whether to stay together after changing partners or date someone new.
After two years of dating, Robertson gave Hendrich an ultimatum: “Either get married or end the relationship.” However, she was reluctant to head to the altar because she wanted Robertson to be “more emotionally open,” according to Netflix.
Hendrich chose to explore his connection to Killian, who appeared on the series for four years with his partner Ashley.
Meanwhile, Robertson decides to date Ashley as a social experiment.
After a heated argument ensued between the first couple, Hendrick and Robertson decided to be together.
The final two episodes of “Ultimatum” Season 4 will air on Netflix on July 22nd.
