Joy Behar spoke candidly about the cosmetic surgeries she’s had and which ones she hasn’t had.
“I told everyone I got Botox,” she said on yesterday’s episode of the Behind the Table podcast.
She further added, “I’m working on myself,” noting that she’s “having Restylane filled in” on certain spots on her face.
As for her hair, the “View” co-host confessed, “Just yesterday I had a color job, a highlight job, and a keratin treatment.”
Ms. Behar added, “How wonderful the hair is!” However, she admitted to executive producer Brian Teta that she was not a “natural redhead.”
But the 83-year-old long-time TV personality insisted she has done nothing more to improve her appearance. “Everyone thinks I’ve had a facelift. I haven’t had a facelift,” she said.
She also confessed that she can’t get that polished look without extensive maintenance.
“You have to do something” to maintain your youthful appearance, she told Teta, pointing out that “the reason everyone thinks you’re nice is because you’re naturally that good, and you’re not.”
Elsewhere in the interview, Behar joked, “I need to go get a mani-pedi. Talk about maintenance!”
When Teta suggested that some people think men “age” better, the outspoken talk show host shot back.
“It’s not good for men as they get older!” she exclaimed. “When you start with Botox and eyelid surgery and hair dye, it looks ridiculous.”
Behar said that in her opinion, “they’re better off just aging gracefully” and that there is an “advantage” to getting older, which is said to be a “remarkable look”.
The ABC star isn’t the only celebrity to share her list of beauty enhancements. Many other A-listers, including Ariana Madix, recently broke down which pieces they’ve been into.
In a May 2025 interview, the Love Island USA host revealed to Page Six that she had just had her first laser treatment and that she gets Botox “every six months.”
Lisa Rinna’s model daughter Amelia Gray Hamlin also spoke about her cosmetic procedures in a January interview with Variety: “Right now I’m doing something called SkinVive. It’s not a filler, it’s a moisturizer injection.”
According to the outlet, the 24-year-old Victoria’s Secret model is “open” about having rhinoplasty surgery. She has also spoken in the past about undergoing breast reduction surgery to prevent sepsis caused by the areola.
Meanwhile, 84-year-old Martha Stewart denied having plastic surgery in an interview with People magazine in January.
“Everyone claims that I have had plastic surgery, but I have never had plastic surgery,” the Elm Biosciences mogul told the same media at the time.
“I’m the most honest person on the planet. But if they don’t believe me, I don’t know.”
