Some of Matthew Perry’s prized possessions are to be auctioned off nearly three years after the actor’s tragic death.

Bidding is currently taking place on several of Perry’s personal items, including the script for the pilot and final episode of “Friends.”

The cover of the 1994 sitcom’s pilot episode script was signed by Perry’s Friends co-stars Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc and David Schwimmer.

The same actors signed the cover for Perry’s final episode script in 2004.

Perry’s estate is also auctioning Banksy’s 2005 painting Girl with Balloons, estimated to be worth $800,000, as well as another painting by the same artist, Nora (Gray Rain), valued at more than $40,000.

Additionally, Perry’s clothing, personal guitar, jewelry, Friends VHS and DVD collection, and other belongings are all up for auction.

The items will be sold by Heritage Auctions, with proceeds going to the Matthew Perry Foundation, which was established to combat the stigma surrounding substance use disorders.

Perry was found dead in his Jacuzzi on October 28, 2023. He passed away at the age of 54.

The coroner later announced that the “17 Again” star died from “the acute effects of ketamine.”

In addition to ketamine, the coroner cited drowning, coronary artery disease, and the effects of buprenorphine as other conditions that contributed to his death.

In 2024, federal prosecutors charged five people with conspiracy and distribution of ketamine in Perry’s death.

Three of the defendants: Perry’s live-in assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa; drug counselor Eric Fleming; and Dr. Mark Chavez agreed to plead guilty.

The following year, two other defendants, Dr. Salvador Plasencia and Jasveen Sanha, also known as the “Queen of Ketamine,” pleaded guilty to charges related to Perry’s death.

Sangha received the most severe sentence of the five convicted, serving 15 years in federal prison for running a drug trafficking operation and supplying Perry with the fatal dose.

Dr. Plasencia was sentenced to 30 months in federal prison, and Dr. Chavez was sentenced to eight months of house arrest for cooperating with prosecutors.

Fleming was sentenced to two years in federal prison and three years of supervised release.
