Jennifer Lopez’s child Emme appears to be going by a new name.
In a March post shared by an Instagram account dedicated to documenting the college decisions of Windward graduates, the 18-year-old, identified as “Oscar Muniz,” revealed his plans to attend college this fall.
The post features a childhood photo with the logo of Oscar’s future university, where he plans to study theater or studio arts. The caption also tagged an Instagram account that appears to belong to Lopez and Marc Anthony’s child.
The profile features a photo of a high school graduate named Oscar. The “⚣” and “⚧︎” symbols are listed in the bio description along with the name of your future university.
“Oscar to Sarah Lawrence!” the post’s caption read. “He’ll be living in New York so no more impromptu trips to New York! Good thing he’s only a few hours away from the stage door. Go Griffon!! Congratulations!!!”
The post was also liked by Jennifer Garner, who was previously married to Lopez’s ex-husband Ben Affleck. Garner and Affleck have three children.
The “Let’s Get Loud” singer, 56, has not publicly addressed the apparent name change.
A representative for Lopez did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
Earlier this week, Lopez attended Emme’s graduation ceremony with her mother, Guadalupe Rodriguez, and Affleck’s son, Samuel. Anthony, 57, does not appear to be attending the celebration.
Lopez has twins Max and Emme with Anthony, whom she was married to from 2004 to 2014.
As previously reported, the cast got emotional when discussing Emme and her twin brother Max’s recent high school graduation.
“Please don’t talk about it because[I’ll]start crying,” Lopez joked during an appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” This week, she admitted she had been “crying for two months” as the twins prepared to leave home.
The “Hustlers” star also revealed that the twins plan to attend different colleges, but is “okay” with that choice because “I want them to be happy and go where they want to go and do what they want to do.”
