Lisa Hochstein enjoyed a boozy girls’ night out after her arrest.
The “Real Housewives of Miami” star was spotted “chilling out” with three friends at Miami’s Sofia Restaurant on Wednesday night, having dinner and margaritas, a spy tells Page Six.
Hochstein “appeared to be relaxed and in good spirits that night,” the official said, adding that the group was “active” and “enthusiastic” throughout the sit-in.
“She seemed happy to go out and enjoy a delicious meal,” the source added.
The group can be heard sipping margs before sharing a variety of Italian dishes, including burrata, gambelloni, spicy rigatoni, cacio e pepe and cavatelli bolognese. They ended the night with zeppole for dessert.
Several patrons of the upscale hotspot tried to tell Hochstein that they were fans, but “she kept a low profile and didn’t take pictures,” the source said.
“Overall, the group seemed engaged and relaxed, clearly enjoying their night out,” the source said.
Ms. Hochstein was wearing blue jeans, a long-sleeved brown top and Christian Louboutin shoes, the exact same shoes she had worn hours earlier when she turned herself in to prison.
The 43-year-old Bravolebrity was seen smiling as she entered the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami for her booking late Wednesday morning.
According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Hochstein and her ex-girlfriend Jody Glidden were charged with one count each of interception of wire, oral and electronic communications.
She and Glidden are accused of “unlawfully and intentionally” intercepting or attempting to intercept oral statements of Lisa’s ex-husband Leonard Hochstein and “people with whom Leonard Hochstein spoke.”
Glidden was taken into custody Saturday and posed for a mug shot, but by Monday his name no longer appeared in the jail’s online database.
Lisa turned herself in to authorities on Wednesday, appearing fully glamorously dressed for her mug shot.
“Lisa has voluntarily turned herself in. She is being released on her own recognizance,” her attorney Jayne Weintraub said in a statement.
Lisa added, “I don’t want to distract anyone from the big divorce case this month. I’m focused on the well-being of my children, who have been through enough. I’ve heard that no one has ever been charged with wiretapping in the history of Miami.”
Page Six has confirmed that her bond is set at $5,000.
Shortly after her release, Lisa posted a cryptic message on Instagram about the “strategic timing” of the “smear campaign.”
The repost said, “He doesn’t release damaging information randomly. He times it for maximum destruction: before court dates, career milestones, and custody hearings.”
The graphic adds, “The goal is to inflict the most damage at the most vulnerable moment.”
Renee filed for divorce from Lisa in May 2022 after 12 years of marriage. The ex-lovers, who have two children together, are embroiled in a bitter divorce battle, with the self-proclaimed “boob god” accusing him of planting a “tap device” in Lisa’s car to “monitor” her phone calls. Lisa denied the “nonsense” accusations.
During the divorce, there were rumors that Lenny had cheated on Lisa with Katarina Mazepa, and he eventually proposed in July 2023 (they briefly broke up in September 2024, but got engaged again four months later and eventually announced their breakup).
Lisa confirmed she was dating Glidden in March 2023. The Hochsteins finalized their divorce in November 2024.
