Eminem’s daughter Alaina Scott and her husband Matt Mueller gave birth to their first child, daughter Scottie Marie, on Tuesday.
“My mind is outside of my body,” Scott wrote on Instagram on Thursday. “She is everything and more. Scottie Marie Maurer was born April 14, 2026. Welcome to the world, my sweet darling 🕊️”
And the little one’s nickname has special meaning for the new mom, as she explained in the caption, “Scottie, in honor of my ‘Sister Scott.'” The women who have given this name and my life so much meaning. May she give this word her own meaning and always know how much she is loved by her mother, father, and aunts. ”
Scott also praised his partner, whom he married in 2023.
“For my husband, I can’t believe she’s ours,” exclaimed Scott, 33. “Thank you for giving me the greatest gift of life. I love you forever.”
Under a sweet caption, the esthetician shared two shots of the newborn wearing a sweater that read “Scottie” and a photo of herself, Moller and their new addition sleeping together in a hospital bed.
Scott first revealed she was pregnant in October in an adorable social media post.
She shared a photo on Instagram of herself and Moller standing in a field holding up costumes that read “Baby Moller” and “Coming 2026.”
Other photos posted on Merry-Go-Round included Scott guiding a blindfolded Maurer through a house under construction.
When Moller removed her blindfold, she saw Scott standing in front of her holding a box containing a positive pregnancy test.
The couple was surrounded by golden balloons that read “Baby M.”
“The best of you and me,” exclaimed Scott. “For months I’ve been carrying a little heartbeat inside me, and it’s already changing my heart in every way. There’s something indescribable about knowing that little lives are growing, dreaming, and becoming as you go through your day, whispering prayers and hopes that only they can hear.”

Alaina’s sister Hayley Jade, who gave birth to her first son in April 2025, sent a sweet message: “Huge congratulations everyone 🥹 I can’t wait to be an aunt to these little ones and Elliot is so excited to meet his cousin 🤍.”
Meanwhile, Scott and Mueller’s love goes back much further. The two had been dating for more than seven years before Mueller popped the question to Scott in December 2021.
The Grammy winner and ex-wife Kim Scott welcomed Hailey, 30, in 1995, making him a grandfather for the second time.
He legally adopted Scott in the early 2000s because her mother, who is Kim’s sister, struggled with drug addiction.
She then died of a suspected overdose in 2016.
Eminem’s third child, Stevie, 24, is Kim’s biological daughter with a man she dated during her two marriages to the rapper.
Eminem legally adopted Stevie in 2005 after his ex-girlfriend got back together.
