On Saturday, Anya Taylor-Joy walked the red carpet at the 22nd Marrakech International Film Festival in a stunning strapless gold dress. The actress looked like a Greek goddess in a swirling pleated skirt and bodice adorned with golden flowers. On her feet, she wore matching pumps made of gold material.
She wore her long blonde hair in an elaborate updo with pinned curls creating a crown on her head. For makeup, the Queen’s Gambit star wore a glamorous palette with black eyeliner, brown shadow, and coral lip. She added some sparkle to her ears with diamond earrings shaped like bird wings.

Taylor-Joy is one of the festival’s jurors, along with actresses Jenna Ortega, Celine Song, Julia Ducournau, Karim Aynous, Hakim Belaves and Peyman Mahdi. Running from November 28th to December 6th, the festival concludes with the announcement of awards for the films screened during the week.
Taylor-Joy was recently spotted out and about with husband Malcolm McRae in Los Angeles after a friend’s birthday party. Last year, she spoke to ELLE about her decision to marry in a secret ceremony in 2023.
“We’re just romantics,” she said. “We were born on the same day, and we wanted to make sure our first experience was perfect for us. So we eloped with two of our best friends in New Orleans and had the time of our lives. It was magical. But luckily, our second experience with our whole family was beyond beautiful, so I think we were really, really lucky.”
