Before news broke that Jelly Roll and estranged wife Bunny Zoe had filed for divorce, Jelly Roll’s social media posts sparked speculation.
In his last Instagram upload before Monday’s breakup made headlines, the country singer promoted protein powder — and eagle-eyed fans noticed that his “wedding ring was missing.”
One of the Grammy winner’s followers asked, “Since February or March, the wedding ring has been moved to the index finger of the left hand… Is it due to weight loss or are they actually separated? 😵💫.”
Many people claimed that the band “only fits on his index finger,” while others pointed out that “Maybe it doesn’t fit anymore after he lost weight.”
The songwriter’s ring was completely missing on TikTok on Sunday, leaving social media users demanding an explanation.
One person commented: “I can’t see the wedding ring.”
Additionally, Jelly Roll ditched his wedding ring during the 2026 CMA Fest in Nashville during the first week of June.
A representative for Jelly Roll did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
Us confirmed on Monday that the 41-year-old, whose real name is Jason Bradley Deford, has filed for divorce from his wife after nearly 10 years of marriage.
He and the Dumb Blonde podcast host, 46, married in August 2016.
When they married in Las Vegas, Bunny Zoe became stepmother to her partner’s two children, daughter Bailey Ann, 18, and son Noah Buddy, 9.
The two briefly broke up in 2018, but Bunny Sho explained on TikTok in 2023 that they had reconciled.
“We finally committed to each other and did everything we promised on the first night of 2016,” she recalled. “Our castles built on sand had to crumble in order to be rebuilt on solid ground.”
That same year, she and Jellyroll renewed their vows.
The two continue to be open about their tumultuous romance, including an affair and sexual struggles that Jelly Roll had before he got sober.
Before the rapper lost 200 pounds, their intimacy was “horrible” and “terrible” because Jelly Roll was “so big” that he felt he “had to do the Twister to have sex.”
Bunny Zaw confessed in April that she had “slowed down” in that field because “big changes in your body mess with your mind and hormones.”
Notably, she posted a cryptic upload ahead of Monday’s split news in which she posed in lingerie and declared that she was “getting her glow back.”
