She’s done it again.
Taylor Swift appeared at Travis Kelce’s Tight End University concert at The Pinnacle in Nashville on Tuesday night, giving a surprise performance of her 2008 hit “Love Story.”
During the Tight Ends and Friends show, toward the end of Laney Wilson’s set, the country star told the crowd: “I don’t think you guys are ready for what’s going to happen.”
Wilson recalled seeing the “really, really special” artist perform for the first time at age 16, and marveled at what she had accomplished since then, calling it “so cool.”
“As sweet as she is talented, everyone, welcome to the stage, my friend Taylor Swift,” Wilson said, as the audience erupted in screams.
Swift, wearing an asymmetrical black dress with silver ruffles at the hem, took to the stage and asked the band, “Do you want to play ‘Love Story’?”
She joked that the song was a “special request from a very special tight end,” naming San Francisco 49ers star George Kittle, who co-founded TEU with Kelce and retired player Greg Olsen in 2021.
Swift sang the first verse, Wilson sang the second, and they sang the chorus together.
As for the song’s iconic bridge, the 14-time Grammy winner made sure to flash her engagement ring from Kelsey when she got to the lyrics, “He knelt on the ground and took out the ring.”
The audience went wild, with some even crying.
The Reese-sponsored concert also featured performances by Dan + Shay, Chase Rice, Hardy and more.
TEU, the annual offseason summit for tight ends, kicked off Monday night with a welcome party at The Twelve Thirty Club.
Swift, 36, attended the event wearing a yellow floral minidress and matching strappy heels, and posed for photos with Kelce, also 36, and his co-founders.
When she appeared at her first Tight Ends & Friends concert in June 2025, she shocked fans by taking to the stage fresh from the Elas tour.
This was also her first performance since repurchasing the master recording last month.
Swift enlisted the help of Kane Brown, and the two belted out her 2014 hit “Shake It Off” while she played Rice’s guitar.
Before the duet began, she told the audience: “We were drinking there and thinking, ‘How loud is this place? In theory, how loud can the songs be here?'”
“I planned it three minutes in advance,” she said of her impromptu performance, which she dedicated to her “favorite player.”
At the time, Swift had been dating Kelsey for just under two years.
The Kansas City Chiefs star proposed two months later and the couple are now preparing for their July 3 wedding, which Page Six reports will reportedly take place at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
As they counted down the days until their wedding, the couple embarked on a bachelor and bachelorette party with their loved ones over the weekend.
Swift was spotted with friends in Rhode Island, while Kelce and friends enjoyed a Chris Lake concert in Los Angeles before heading to San Diego for a NASCAR race.
