It’s not every day you see Harrison Ford wearing a kilt at the Sunset Tower Hotel in Los Angeles.
But that’s what happened on Monday, when the Indiana Jones and Star Wars legend celebrated the launch of the new Glenmorangie Limited Edition Highland Single Malt Scotch Whiskey. “This is unusual,” Ford told me about his tartan number. “It’s very comfortable. It’s a little windy, but I’m a breezy person.”

He says the kilt he wore with his black socks, T-shirt, and jacket are the only things he owns. Glenmorangie gave it to Joel Edgerton when they first collaborated on an ad campaign directed by him in January 2025.
The idea for the new whiskey, officially called Glenmorangie Harrison Ford Limited Edition, was born when Ford photographed the Edgerton spot at Glenmorangie Distillery in Scotland. “First of all, I was able to gain quite a bit of knowledge about their particular whiskeys and how they work,” the “Shrinking” star recalled. “We started narrowing down the taste profile. I didn’t have the words yet, so it was more of a tasting than a verbal description. It was an interesting process that lasted almost a year.”
The Glenmorangie Harrison Ford Limited Edition is available for $99.99 at glenmorangie.com, Reservebar, and select retailers nationwide.
Meanwhile, Ford announced that filming for Season 4 of “The Shrinking” will begin next week. “There are 12 more episodes left,” he said.
The season 3 finale premiered in early April. As Variety’s Michael Schneider previously reported, the cast, including Ford, Jason Segel, Jessica Williams, and Michelle Urie, will return for the fourth season of the Apple TV series, but it will include a time jump and a completely different storyline.
“When people come back to this show, they’re going to feel like it’s a completely different story,” series creator Bill Lawrence said in an April 6 interview with Variety. “We felt like the characters on this show have had enough going on in their lives, so we wanted to know what the new stories would be for these characters…We’re already deep in the writers’ room for season four, so we’re lucky to know what’s going to happen, and we think people will dig it.”
