Demi Moore has everyone talking.
When the 63-year-old actress graced the front row of Gucci during Milan Fashion Week, she sported a wet bob, a marked departure from her signature waist-length straight hair.
Moore’s vow to never cut off his long hair left fans confused — especially when the Hollywood icon attended the SAG Actor Awards a few days later in a sleek chignon.
Moore finally put an end to the haircut rumors on Wednesday, attending a Kerastase event with her usual flowing center-parted hairstyle and addressing the topic of her alleged cut.
“Being able to just play and step into a different side of my personality” was fun to explore, she told the crowd, calling the temporary transformation “an incredible moment.”
Moore’s longtime hairstylist, Dimitris Giannetos, was behind the much-talked-about bob, which appeared to be created using a wig.
“Thank you @demimoore for always trusting me with my looks!” Giannetos wrote on Instagram over the weekend, sharing a snap of herself and her star client backstage at a Gucci show.
“I think that’s the most me,” Moore told People in January.
“Wigs and wigs satisfy my desire for change because I can change my look, but at the end of the day I love letting my hair down and seeing it fall to my waist. It feels like I’m coming home.”
