Kyle Richards is opening up about his sexuality.
“I don’t like labels, I guess,” the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star told Variety at BravoCon, after she declared in the season 15 trailer that she “could be Brad or Angelina.”
Although she admitted that she made the remark “to make[her co-stars]laugh,” rumors quickly spread that the reality TV personality had come out as bisexual.
“I think people can think whatever they want,” Richards, 56, told the magazine.
“I’ve always been the type, tall, dark and handsome, and that’s what I married,” she added, referring to her estranged husband Mauricio Umansky, whom she separated from in 2023.
“I’m growing and evolving and my heart has opened up. So, I don’t know. I don’t know what the future holds right now, but I’m okay with that.”
When a Variety reporter pointed out to Richards that they were both lesbians, Richards responded, “Ha! I’ve never thought about that before, I’ve never thought about that in my life, and now I feel like it’s totally an option.”
“Honestly, I’m just here to see what life brings me,” the Bravolebrity continued.
“I don’t want to be in a relationship with anyone. Whatever happens, that’s fine. I also like spending time alone.”
The former child actress appeared in an erotic video with country singer Morgan Wade in 2023, immediately sparking romance speculation.
Richards was seen by a Page Six witness getting “very intimate” with Wade in Paris after the video was released, and has been seen hanging out with close friends numerous times since then.
The mother of four married Umansky, 55, in 1996 and had daughters Alexia, 29, Sophia, 25, and Portia, 17, but they announced their divorce in 2023 after 27 years of marriage.
Richards also has a daughter, Farah, 37, with ex-husband Ghraish Aljufri, whom she was married to from 1988 to 1992.
The reality star previously opened up about her evolving sexuality on Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea.”
“That was the most difficult conversation I’ve ever had with my kids, and I was scared to have that conversation,” she said last November.
“I just wanted to be as honest as possible.”
She added, “I like to lead by example, and I thought, ‘If this is what I’m experiencing and feeling, I want them to always feel safe and have the most difficult conversations with me and know that they can be accepted no matter what.'”
In the end, the “Halloween” star said she was “impressed” by her daughters’ reactions.
“Seeing that conversation, their reaction to me, their reaction, I thought, ‘Wow, I mean, I’m so impressed with these four women in front of me,'” she said.
“And I thought, ‘Maybe, just maybe, I did a good job,’ because that was my proudest moment as a mom. Just seeing how everyone reacted.”
