Paris Jackson showed off her perforated nasal septum caused by years of drug abuse.
In a candid TikTok video shared on Monday, Michael Jackson’s only daughter told her more than 76,000 followers that she has “never really dealt with” a perforated septum (a hole in the cartilage or bone between the nostrils), according to the Cleveland Clinic.
“When I breathe through my nose, the whistle is really loud,” the 27-year-old “American Horror Story” actress revealed.
“And that’s because I have what’s called a perforated septum,” she added, shining a cell phone light up her nose to show viewers the hole.
“Well, I think that’s why. Don’t do drugs, kids. I mean, you should. Everyone goes through what they need to do in life. I’m not going to tell anyone what to do. But I don’t recommend it, because it ruined my life.”
Paris said she has “almost six years of sobriety” and “doesn’t intend to have plastic surgery” to fix her nose.
“When you have such a dangerous operation, you have to take medicine, and I just… don’t want to do that,” she admitted.
“I’ve been dealing with this since I was about 20 years old, and it’s the worst when I’m in the studio.”
The “Let Down” singer confessed that she can put spaghetti noodles in her nostrils and move them back and forth.
Paris ended the video by letting her followers hear the whistling sound she makes when she breathes through her nose.
In January, the “Swarm” actress celebrated five years of sobriety from alcohol and heroin.
“Because I’m sober, I can laugh today. I can make music. I can experience the joy of loving dogs and cats,” she posted candidly on Instagram at the time.
“It’s heartbreaking in all its glory. It’s grieving. It’s laughing. It’s dancing. It’s trusting. It’s warm to feel the sun on your skin,” Paris added.
Paris reportedly entered a treatment facility in 2019 for her mental health.
The model previously revealed that she had cut herself and attempted suicide.
