“Justin has been making a huge effort to meet her and she’s really looking forward to it,” a source told People on Nov. 19. The source added that the two meet “when they can.”

The update comes nearly a month after a Canadian political source told People magazine that Perry and Trudeau’s relationship is “already quite serious,” adding that “they are very much a couple and see each other as often as possible.”
Rumors of a relationship first surfaced in July 2025 when they were spotted on a date in Canada. Shortly after, Prime Minister Trudeau attended Perry’s Lifetime tour in Montreal. He was noticed by fans in the crowd, and his daughter Ella Grace was also at the concert, according to the Daily Mail.
