Taylor Frankie Paul and Dakota Mortensen showed off their bloody injuries from a domestic violence incident in February.
Photos obtained exclusively by Page Six showed the MomTok star with severe bruises on her forehead, back and arms.
Mortensen also had a nosebleed, bruises on his thighs and scratches on his face and neck.
However, the wound on Mortensen’s neck seen in the photo did not match the one photographed by the officer, according to the police report.
Representatives for the former couple did not immediately respond to Page Six for comment.
Draper police told Page Six last month that Paul, 31, and Mortensen, 33, dated on and off from 2022 to 2024 and filed domestic violence allegations against each other in February, when they had a 2-year-old son named Ever.
According to the complaint obtained by Page Six, Paul allegedly assaulted Mortensen at her home between 3 a.m. and 6 a.m. local time on February 22.
Mortensen later told police that he was in bed with Paul and their 2-year-old son, Ever, when Ever became enraged after they discussed a past relationship.
As a result, she allegedly grabbed him by the throat, face and neck and pushed him against a window. Mortensen claimed she tried to call the police, but Paul persuaded her to hang up.
However, Taylor’s statements contradict Mortensen’s statements.
She told officers she asked her ex-boyfriend to leave the house on the morning of Feb. 22, but he refused, according to the report. The television personality did not mention any physical violence that day.
The report then cites an incident on February 23, stating that Mortensen returned to Paul’s home the day after the alleged intimate encounter.
Mortensen said the subject of his past relationships came up again, and Mortensen “again became enraged, mounted him, grabbed him by the throat and screamed in his face.”
Paul allegedly threw several objects at Mortensen, punched a hole in the wall, and then chased her to her car, where she continued to punch her.
“Dakota pushed her and hit her head on the center console screen,” the police report states. “When Dakota left the house again, she saw blood gushing from Taylor’s nose.
It won’t stop. ”
For her part, Paul claimed that she was in the car with Mortensen when he became angry and spilled a drink on her.
She claimed the man then slammed her head against the dashboard and then grabbed her neck and back.
Taylor claimed that Mortensen had a tendency to “sabotage anything big or exciting in his life,” referring to his unreleased season of “The Bachelorette.”
Law enforcement officials announced Thursday that they would not press charges against Taylor and Paul due to “insufficient supporting evidence.”
“With this new information, (we) believe that Dakota is the primary perpetrator in the second incident.”
However, there is limited information regarding the 23rd,” the report said.
Mortensen filed a restraining order against Paul in March, resulting in her temporarily losing custody of her son.
Paul then filed a restraining order against Mortensen on charges of harassment, stalking and assault. She accused Mortensen of assaulting her in March 2025, citing the February incident.
Additionally, a 2023 video of Paul attacking Mortensen with a chair in front of his now 8-year-old daughter Indi was also leaked.
Paul was eventually arrested and told officers that Mortensen allegedly threw Paul to the ground before he began filming. Charges against Paul were later dropped.
The reality star later defended herself, telling Page Six through a representative that the video was “conveniently taken out of context” and is an example of Mortensen’s “endless, desperate, attention-seeking, destructive campaign to harm Taylor with no regard for the impact on the child.”
Paul is raising Indy and five-year-old son Ocean with ex-husband Tate Paul.
The next season of “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” has temporarily halted filming in light of the investigation.
“There’s something pretty serious going on with Taylor’s (Frankie Paul) past and they’ll see what happens. Until that’s resolved, they’ll take a break,” a source previously told People.
