Mark-Paul Gosselaar wowed fans last week by showing off his toned physique.
The “Saved by the Bell” alum, 52, made a surprise appearance at the 2026 Bell Media Upfront in Toronto, Canada, to promote his new show “Bulgis.” Gosselaar took to the stage wearing a close-fitting cropped white tank top with the name of his new show on it, short blue pants, and striped knee-length socks.
The father of four’s toned abs were on full display in his outfit, as well as his bulging biceps and muscular legs.
Gosselaar, who clearly enjoyed the revealing outfit, playfully danced on stage and blew kisses to the audience.
The TikTok user who posted the image of Gosselaar referenced his iconic “Save by the Bell” character and joked, “Okay Zack Morris, I didn’t know you played like that.”
According to the logline, “Bulges” is a Canadian comedy about “the eccentric staff of a famous, once-thriving all-male restaurant in Niagara Falls.” It is expressed as “If Hooters were designed for women.” An official release date for the show has not yet been announced.
Gosselaar has been practicing Jiu-Jitsu for many years. Last January, he appeared on The Sackhoff Show podcast and talked about maintaining his impressive figure, revealing that he prioritizes good sleep and nutrition.
“I don’t eat as much as I used to,” he said. “I started eating really good food when I wanted to, and I no longer felt like, ‘Oh my gosh, I’m not getting my protein in post-workout.'”
She also does cold plunging after exercise to reduce inflammation, and makes sure to take a sauna every night before going to bed.
Gosselaar has been married to his wife Catriona McGinn since July 2012 and they have two children, Decker, 12, and Rachlin, 9. He also has two children, Michael, 22, and Ava, 20, with ex-wife Lisa Ann Russell.
Page Six interviewed the actor in April 2024 about his time on Saved by the Bell. Gosselaar played lead character Zack Morris in the original series, which aired from 1989 to 1993, its spinoff The College Years, and in the 2020 Peacock revival.
Gosselaar said he felt sorry for the ’90s stars who were allegedly abused as children, which was detailed in the explosive documentary series Quiet on Set.
“I couldn’t relate to it because our set wasn’t that way at all,” he said.
“As a cast, I think we’re completely intact in a way,” he added, referring to co-stars Mario Lopez, Elizabeth Berkley, Lark Voorhees, Tiffani Thiessen, and the late Dustin Diamond. “I think it’s really terrible that everyone had to go through that, especially the kids, because we had good families, good producers who protected us, and good teachers.”
