Variety exclusively reported that talent agent Elisabeth Wiederseim has found a new home at Paradigm.
Mr. Wiederzeim was previously an agent at WME, but was affected by a series of layoffs at the agency in March. She will be based in Paradigm’s Los Angeles office. Many of her former clients at WME are expected to follow her in her new position.
“We are very excited to welcome Elizabeth to Paradigm. She brings a rare combination of sharp creative instincts, deep customer relationships, and a reputation for advocacy that aligns perfectly with our culture,” said Andrew Roof, Paradigm’s Managing Partner. “Elizabeth’s addition represents a meaningful step forward as we continue to grow our talent department, and we look forward to the impact she will have on both our clients and our team.”
Prior to joining WME, Wiedersheim worked as a talent agent at Gersh for more than a decade in both New York and Los Angeles. She began her career at Innovative Artists and later worked at Don Buchwald and Associates.
She has represented stars such as Colman Domingo, who received Oscar, BAFTA and Golden Globe nominations for his performance in Rustin, as well as Leo Woodall, Will Brill and Nate Mann. She was named one of Variety’s “Power of Women in Hollywood” in 2024.
