July release date, Millie Bobby Brown’s wedding

Enola Holmes is ready to solve the next mystery. and walk down the aisle.

Netflix has released a new first look from the third installment of the action-adventure series, in which Millie Bobby Brown plays Sherlock Holmes’ equally intelligent sister, revealing wedding bells are ringing for Enola and Tewkesbury (Louis Partridge). The streamer also confirmed that the film will be released worldwide on July 1st.

The film’s official synopsis reads: “The adventure follows detective Enola Holmes to Malta, where her personal and professional dreams collide over the most complex and dangerous case she’s ever faced.” “The game begins in earnest as the private investigator juggles a new case and the next steps in his relationship with Tewkesbury (Partridge).”

In addition to Brown and Partridge, Enola Holmes 3 also stars Henry Cavill as Sherlock Holmes, Helena Bonham Carter as Eudoria Holmes, Himesh Patel as Dr. John Watson, and Sharon Duncan-Brewster as Moriarty. In 2022’s Enola Holmes 2, the protagonist opens her own detective agency and solves mysteries inspired by the 1888 match sellers’ strike in London.

“Adolescence” director Philip Balanti takes over from Harry Bradbeer, who directed the first two “Enola Holmes” films. Like its predecessors, “Enola Holmes 3” is written by Jack Thorne, who worked with Baranti on “Adolescence.” Based on the Enola Holmes Mysteries series by Nancy Springer.

Enola Holmes 3 is produced by Legendary Entertainment and PCMA Productions. Executive producers include Joshua Glaude, Brown’s husband Jake Bongiovi, and Isabel Richards. Producers are Brown, Thorne, Mary Parent, Alex Garcia, Ali Mendez, Robert Brown, and Michael Dreyer.
