Joe Jonas says he is “grateful” for his co-parenting relationship with ex-wife Sophie Turner.
“I’m a single father and I co-parent with my child’s mother,” the singer explained on Tuesday’s “Hey Jonas!” show. We do a podcast with brothers Nick Jonas and Kevin Jonas.
Joe acknowledged that there are many people in his “situation” but added: “I’m grateful to have co-parents who can balance out the bad days.”
The artist, 36, and actress, 30, married in 2019 but separated four years later and share custody of daughters Willa, 5, and Delphine, 3.
“But I think it’s really special to have good people around you to help you get through this,” Joe chimed in.
The Jonas Brothers lead singer added that his children have given him “purpose” in life again.
“I think they really gave me a reason to live,” Joe reflected. “I think in our saddest moments, a hug from them can be an instant reminder that we can solve the world’s problems.”
The “Cake by the Ocean” singer credited her children for teaching her that “it’s okay” even on the most difficult days.
Joe and Turner announced their divorce in September 2023 after four years of marriage.
In a joint statement, the Game of Thrones star and Joe explained that they had “mutually decided to end their marriage amicably.”
After a chaotic custody battle, the divorce was finalized in September 2024.
In 2023, Turner sued Joe for preventing her daughters from returning to their homeland of England by withholding their passports.
The Disney Channel alum denied the allegations, and her representatives said the lawsuit was a “harsh legal position” that contradicted their “amicable co-parenting arrangement.”
The former flames eventually reached a co-parenting agreement and Turner dropped the charges.
In January 2024, Joe dated model Stormy Brie for five months, and a few months later he was spotted with actress Laila Abdallah.
By October 2024, Joe was out in Paris with a mystery woman, and in January 2026, musician Joe sparked romance rumors with model Tatiana Gabriela.
In April 2026, the couple officially opened Instagram.
“They started seeing each other in late summer,” a source told Us Weekly at the time, adding that Joe had already introduced the cover star to his daughter, family and friends.
Turner began dating aristocrat Peregrine “Perry” Pearson in November 2023.
She was last in a relationship with Chris Martin.
In November 2025, the “Horrible” actress and Coldplay frontman, 49, went on a date and shared “sparks,” according to Us Weekly.
However, neither party has confirmed the connection.
However, Turner admitted in January that he is single, telling Net-a-Porter’s PORTER, “I haven’t seen any friends or gone on a date in weeks or months!”
