Jelly Roll has officially announced his divorce from his wife of nearly 10 years, Bunny Zoe.
“Break out your camera phone right now because this is the only time we’re going to talk about this and this is the only time we’re going to talk about this, this is the only place we’re going to talk about this in this city,” he told a rapt audience Thursday night at Saratoga Springs, New York, a stop on his Little Ass Shed tour, in a video obtained by Page Six.
“My wife and I are best friends and always will be,” the country superstar continued, adding, “She’s probably the only woman I’ve ever loved the way I loved her,” adding, “I’ve never cheated on anyone.”
Jelly Roll then connected Bunny’s latest “Dumb Blonde” podcast episode, which covered her shocking divorce in a nearly hour-long recording session.
“Every word of it is true,” he said of his estranged wife telling his side of the story. “It’s my best friend forever. This is the only time I talk about it. Bunny, I love you, baby.”
The singer also shared the moment on his Instagram.
As Page Six confirmed on Monday, Jelly Roll secretly filed for divorce from the 46-year-old host of the “Dumb Blonde” podcast on May 18 in Williamson County, Tennessee.
The documents revealed that the singer cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their breakup.
In a new episode of “Dumb Blonde,” Bunny opened up about the fight that led to Jelly Roll filing for divorce and revealed that she still plans to have children despite separating after 10 years of marriage.
Bunny said her divorce “is not going to hinder” her path to motherhood with the “Save Me” singer, adding that “he wants the same thing.”
“We’re going to raise our little Nugget as a big, happy family,” the podcaster (real name Alisa Andrea Carter) explained, also opening up about her experience with IVF.
The two got married in August 2016. It was just a year after they met at a Jelly Roll concert in Las Vegas.
The two secretly married at a Las Vegas courthouse the same night the “Son of a Sinner” singer (real name Jason Bradley Deford) proposed.
Bunny quickly stepped in as co-parent to the “Wild Ones” hitmaker’s two children, daughter Bailey Ann, 18, and son Noah Badi, 9, both of whom he welcomed during previous relationships.
The breakup came as a shock to fans, considering how open the now-separated couple had been about their relationship.
In February, the country star tearfully thanked his wife for saving his life when he accepted the award for Best Contemporary Country Album at the 2026 Grammy Awards.
“Without you, my life would never have been the same. I would have died or gone to prison. Without you and Jesus, I would have committed suicide. Thank you for that,” he said in his speech.
However, it is worth noting that this is not the first time that the two have stopped their activities. The two briefly separated in 2018, which Bunny Zoe addressed in a social media post in February 2023.
“Who would have thought that in 2018 we would break up, I would move back to Las Vegas, and you would come to take me back? We would be embarking on a wild journey called life,” Bunny wrote at the time.
In an October 2025 interview, Jerry admitted that the reason for their breakup was an affair, calling it “one of the worst moments” of his “adulthood.”
But after the settlement, Jelly Roll said, “The repairs were special.”
“And we are stronger than ever,” he added.
