Jelly Roll and Bunny Zoe ignored warnings from their legal team about having children together after their divorce, Page Six can reveal.
According to the ex-girlfriends’ marital dissolution agreement (MDA) filed Friday in Williamson County, Tennessee, both parties acknowledged that they received “individual” advice from each attorney about their continued desire to have children.
Jerry, 41, and Bunny, 46, acknowledged that they were told that “evolving technology and case law, and the ‘provisional category’ of benefits afforded to said genetic material, may result in consequences related to this Agreement with respect to their genetic material.”
The former couple were clearly “devastated” physically and mentally from their grueling IVF journey, but each admitted their lawyers were “not experts in genetic and reproductive rights.”
Additionally, they were each “instructed and advised to obtain independent advice from a qualified attorney in genetics and reproductive law prior to signing this Agreement.”
However, according to court documents, Jerry and Bunny “specifically” chose not to consult more specialized attorneys on the matter.
Also during the divorce, the two revoked and revoked any “prior permission” they had given each other or their teams to use their passwords to access the other’s personal accounts and records.
Additionally, the MDA included a “confidentiality and non-disparagement” clause that prohibited them from accusing each other or publicly discussing private matters.
The two entered into a Confidential Property Settlement Agreement (CPSA) to divide their assets, including real estate, furniture, vehicles, aircraft, accounts, debts, intellectual property, and more.
Jerry and Bunny were declared divorced on the same day.
The musicians filed for dissolution of their marriage in May after nearly 10 years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.
The following month, the Dumb Blonde Podcast host addressed the breakup in a now-deleted episode, saying she wouldn’t let it “interfer” with her dreams of becoming a mother.
She claimed that Gerry, who already has two children with a previous relationship, is also trying to conceive a baby with her and that they have “the same” ideas about raising the child “as one big happy family”.
As for what led to their divorce, Bunny remained vague, revealing that they had a final argument on Mother’s Day this year.
According to Bunny, Jerry has “started dating” again and his recent relationship with 24-year-old reality star Dylan Wolfe is “absolutely fine.”
