Mallory Morehead Pritzl has joined the entertainment PR team at coastal communications company Covert Creative, Variety reports.
In her new role, Morehead Pritzl will oversee communications for Covert Creative’s clients, which focuses on programming such as “Jimmy Kimmel Live!,” Amy Poehler’s Paper Kite Productions, Jason Bateman, Sean Hayes and Will Arnett’s Smartless Media, Bloomberg Media and Spotify. She will be based in Covert’s Los Angeles office.
“Mallory is astute, strategic, and has deep connections across the entertainment industry,” said Kovert Creative co-CEO Lewis Kay. “Her experience across networks, streaming and studios makes her a natural fit for our clients. We are fortunate to have her at Kovert.”
Morehead Pritzl has nearly 15 years of experience in the entertainment industry. She most recently served as Director of Corporate Communications at Sony Pictures Television. Prior to that, she held corporate communications and publicity roles at Amazon MGM Studios, Fox, and NBC. She originally started her career on the prestigious NBC Pages program.
Over the years, she has worked on numerous hit shows including Fox’s “Bob’s Burgers,” NBC’s “America’s Got Talent” and “Jeopardy!” Especially at Sony.
In addition to the clients listed above, Covert’s current roster includes stars such as Jack Black, Colin Farrell, John Mulaney, Wanda Sykes, Ike Barinholtz, Rhianne Morgan, Will Forte, Zach Braff, Shaun Evans of “Hot Ones,” Kareem Rahma of “Subway Takes,” and Mark Prior.
