A Morgan Wallen concertgoer has accused a man of urinating on his family during the country singer’s concert in Baltimore over the weekend.
Troy Grefelding claimed he was watching the “Whiskey Glass” crooner perform with his wife, brother and 8-year-old niece when the incident occurred at M&T Bank Stadium on Saturday.
Grefelding told TMZ that he and his wife allegedly felt urine splashing down their legs. When he turned around, the man was still exposed.
The man was escorted from the venue by security, Grefelding said, but Maryland State Police were unable to arrest him because they did not witness the incident.
Video obtained by the outlet showed Grefelding arguing with police officers for not arresting the man.
However, Maryland Transit Authority police detectives were called to the scene and arrested a man outside the venue, and an investigation is underway, Grefelding said.
Grefelding believes the unidentified man was intoxicated and claims he was disturbing other attendees by talking loudly before urinating on another attendee’s seat.
A police spokesperson told TMZ they were “aware of this incident and the video on social media.”
“There is an active and open criminal investigation into this matter,” police said.
A Maryland State Police spokesperson could not be reached for comment to Page Six.
The incident follows a series of other toilet-related incidents at concerts that have made headlines in recent days, most recently when footage went viral of what appeared to be bits of poo smeared on the floor during Noah Kahan’s “The Great Divide Tour” at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia last month.
“If you have to poop (sic) at the show, dear God, just go to the bathroom, lol,” the “Stick Season” crooner wrote at the time, via X.
“I’ve had my pants down just as much as the next 29-year-old, but please understand that there are venue employees who will give you a 1000-yard stare after you deal with it,” he joked.
Pop star Olivia Rodrigo also admitted that she smelled a fan who was clearly wearing a diaper while performing on stage.
“I’ve been to certain concerts and certain festivals where people wear diapers to be in the front row of the show,” the “Traitor” songstress said on the “KISS Breakfast” radio show last month.
Rodrigo explained that some fans have been sitting in one place waiting for her performance “all day.”
