Savannah Guthrie shared another message with her mother’s kidnapper on Instagram Sunday afternoon. She calmly told the perpetrator, “It’s never too late to do the right thing.”

“It’s been two weeks since my mother was taken away, and I wanted to let her know that we still have hope and that we still believe,” she said. “And I wanted to say to anyone who has her or knows where she is, it’s never too late, it’s never lost or lonely, and it’s never too late to do the right thing.”

She added, “We are here. We believe. And we believe in the inherent goodness of every human being, and it’s never too late.”

Nancy Guthrie went missing on February 1st, and the Pima County Sheriff’s Department labeled her disappearance a crime the next day after finding “concerning” evidence at her Arizona home. On Friday night, authorities announced that investigators were searching Nancy Guthrie’s home and the surrounding area for clues.

On Thursday, the FBI announced that the reward for anyone with information leading to Nancy Guthrie’s whereabouts was increased from $50,000 to $100,000. The agency also released identifying details about the suspect who was caught on camera trying to break into Nancy Guthrie’s home. The possible kidnapper is described as a “male, approximately 5’9″ to 5’10” tall, of average build. He is seen in the video carrying a black 25 liter Ozark Trail Hiker Pack backpack.”

The Pima County Sheriff’s Department took one person into custody Tuesday for questioning in connection with the incident. Authorities told ABC News they were preparing to search locations associated with the detainees. This person was later released.

Savannah Guthrie posted several videos on Instagram pleading for help for her mother. On February 9, she posted a video begging her supporters to help with the search.

“We believe our mother is still out there,” Savannah Guthrie said in the video. “We need your help. Law enforcement is working around the clock to bring her home. We’re trying to find her. She’s been taken and we don’t know where she is. And we need your help.”
