Lauren Sanchez doesn’t do anything subtle.
As her husband Jeff Bezos’ net worth soars to more than $280 billion, the 56-year-old philanthropist has amassed a collection of diamonds, emeralds and rare watches that rivals the crown jewels.
Sanchez and Bezos are honorary co-chairs and lead sponsors of the 2026 Met Gala, which takes place on May 4th, and she’ll no doubt take the opportunity to show off her finest gems.
Let’s take a look at what we’ve seen of her cornucopia so far.
The $2.5 million engagement ring (and its even bigger sister)
Bezos proposed to Sanchez in May 2023 during a yacht trip to the Cannes Film Festival, giving her a 20-carat pink diamond estimated to be worth about $2.5 million.
“Finding a natural diamond of that carat weight is extremely rare, and I have no doubt that Jeff Bezos will be selective about his luxury diamonds,” Diamond Pro CEO Mike Freed told Page Six Style at the time.
But one giant rock apparently wasn’t enough. Ahead of the couple’s June 2025 wedding in Venice, Sanchez unveiled a second, larger oval-cut diamond by Lorraine Schwartz on her left hand, and moved her original pink diamond to her right hand. Experts estimate the new stone could weigh up to 45 carats and be worth between $4 million and $6 million.
Sanchez was spotted wearing the original pink diamond at the 2026 Vanity Fair Oscar Party. This time, she paired it with a dazzling Schwartz-designed necklace, including a giant 22-carat pink center stone.
200 carat emerald color
When Sanchez brings color, she moves a lot.
She sported a stunning 200-carat Colombian emerald necklace by Lorraine Schwartz at the 2025 Vanity Fair Oscar Party, and paired it with matching drop earrings and a white strapless Oscar de la Renta dress, with her upcoming wedding in mind.
Just this week, she brought it home for the White House state dinner honoring King Charles III and Queen Camilla, this time wearing it against a black off-the-shoulder dress with oversized diamond studs.
expensive watches
Sanchez’s passion for accessories extends to watches. She owns at least two rare watches from Richard Mille, a brand beloved by Jay-Z, LeBron James and Lewis Hamilton.
Last summer, she was spotted riding a Richard Mille RM 07-01 Intergalactic Bright Night while honeymooning with Bezos in Ibiza. The diamond-encrusted piece, reportedly a wedding gift from Bezos, is made from carbon TPT, a material typically used in racing yachts and Formula 1 cars. It has resold for approximately $250,000.
In October, she wore a second style to dinner in Beverly Hills. RM 75-01 Flying Tourbillon in Sapphire. This is a fully transparent watch with an aquamarine band, limited to just 15 pieces worldwide. Its price is $2,050,000.
wedding splendor
Sanchez and Bezos’ June 2025 Venice wedding was a three-day, $50 million wedding, and the jewelry was worth it.
Page Six exclusively reported that Bezos gifted his bride a necklace worth between $3 million and $5 million to celebrate. A source described it as a “diamond necklace surrounding her neck with a large center stone and matching earrings,” adding that it was “almost as huge as Jeff’s superyacht.”
A few months later, she wore a dazzling set featuring a fittingly gigantic pear-shaped stone to a Kering Foundation dinner, although its origin has never been confirmed.
For the ceremony, Sanchez wore custom Dolce & Gabbana and added “borrowed” Miracolo earrings by Italian house Alta Gioihereria. The sparkler features four pear-cut diamonds sourced from a single stone and is estimated to cost approximately $5 million.
Her everyday jewelry included a new “LB” pavé diamond bracelet charm, a subtle homage to her married name.
earring arsenal
Sanchez owns several pairs of megawatt diamond earrings, including the eye-catching emerald-cut earrings she wore to a Kering Foundation dinner in 2024.
For President Donald Trump’s inaugural ball last year, she opted for a change from her usual style, wearing a flowing peach-colored Dolce & Gabbana chiffon dress and Lorraine Schwartz pearl chandelier earrings.
And during Paris Fashion Week in October 2025, she kept it (relatively) simple with two diamond drops while leaving The Ritz in a vintage John Galliano skirt suit.
necklace storage
Sanchez has worn showpiece necklaces in rotation over the years.
At the 2024 Vanity Fair Oscar Party, she paired her sheer red Lever Couture dress with a Lorraine Schwartz necklace featuring a 35-carat oval center diamond complemented by a pear-shaped diamond drop.
At the April 2025 Breakthrough Awards ceremony, Sanchez accessorized a vintage Galliano dress once worn by Sophia Loren with a Rakhaminov diamond necklace featuring a 12-carat fancy brown pear-cut diamond center stone.
She also owns a Schwartz diamond cross necklace, which she styled with a strapless bustier jumpsuit to the opening night of “Sunset Boulevard” at the St. James Theater in October 2024.
