Gigi Hadid’s fuzzy pink cardigan has a twist on the cozy autumn layer

Gigi Hadid and Bradley Cooper continue to attract the public with their relatively secret A-list partnership. And while it’s all good (and juicy), I’m more focused on aesthetics. Specifically, the Hadid’s travel clothes ceremony when the pair were discovered together at JFK airport.

The supermodel and mom wore a pink bubblegum cardigan, a white T-shirt, lightly washed straight leg jeans and brown loafers. I’m the most photographed she chose the layering piece. This avoids more saturated alternatives like jan jackets and baggy sweatshirts. Her fuzzy cardigan also makes for a cozy, sophisticated proxy for oversized cable knit sweaters while traveling, in the office, or during casual dinners.

Hadid’s bold bubble gum pink choice reminds us that colour is one of the most expressive tools in styling. The hunt for cardigans, which looked like Hadid, was actually trickier than expected, but Gap saved the day.

Gap has recently appeared in games ranging from its energetic Katseye ads to collaborating with Béis. So it wasn’t surprising to find it right away that it looked like Hadid’s lightly washed straight leg jeans on the website.
