Emma Roberts’ love life has been in the news since she was a teenager.
The actress has had several high-profile relationships, most famously her tumultuous on-again, off-again relationship with Evan Peters.
The two split for good in 2019 and have since gone their separate ways, but they made headlines after their tense reunion while promoting Season 13 of Ryan Murphy’s American Horror Story.

Robert’s first public relationship was with Alex Pettyfer, whom he met on the set of the 2008 film Wild Child.
The two dated for about a year, and Pettyfer even got Roberts’ initials tattooed on his finger.
“I got a girl’s name tattooed on my ring finger because I was in love,” he admitted to Glamor UK in 2010. “We broke up, but I don’t regret it.”
Ryan Sheckler
After her relationship with Pettyfer, Roberts appears to have moved on with professional skateboarder Ryan Sheckler.
The two briefly became romantically involved in 2009 and appeared in public together several times.
After their breakup, Roberts and Sheckler attended the 2010 Teen Choice Awards as friends.

“On set, I was like, ‘Oh, we’re totally going on a date,’ and I was trying to flirt with him, and he ended up kind of seeing something in my eye,” Roberts recalled to Chelsea Handler in February 2014. “He literally didn’t talk to me the entire movie. It was like he thought I was such a weirdo.”
Rumors of their romance spread after they were photographed holding hands at a wedding in July of the same year, and they made their red carpet debut as a couple at the 2013 Golden Globe Awards.
Six months later, Roberts was arrested for a domestic violence incident at a hotel in Canada.
She was soon released from jail, but Peters, who reportedly suffered a nosebleed during the altercation, did not press charges.
At the time, representatives for the two men said in a statement: “This was an unfortunate incident and a misunderstanding.” “Mr. Roberts was released after questioning and the couple is working together to overcome this issue.”
Despite the incident, the “X-Men” star popped the question seven months later in January 2014.

However, the two suddenly called off their engagement in June 2015.

After initially parting ways with Peters, Roberts moved on with director Christopher Hynes in June 2016.
A source told Us Weekly at the time that the pair were introduced by a mutual friend, fashion designer Britt Elkin.

However, the two broke up after several months of dating, and Roberts reconciled with Peters.
Hayden Christensen
Roberts made headlines in October 2017 when Rachel Bilson reportedly discovered text messages between the former Nickelodeon star and her then-boyfriend Hayden Christensen.

News of Roberts and Cody John’s romance broke in August 2022 when Roberts posted a photo of them kissing on Instagram.
Less than two months ago, E! News reported that Roberts and John were “taking things slow” after being introduced by mutual friends in the industry.
“Emma loves Cody’s personality,” a source told the magazine at the time. “He’s a really funny guy and we have a lot of fun together.”
The paper noted that Roberts did not want to rush into the relationship for the sake of her son Lord.
