Hulk Hogan’s estimated $5 million estate is still embroiled in a legal battle a year after his death, and the company co-founded by Mike Tyson is joining the fray.
Tyson 2.0 — Cannabis company co-founded by Mike Tyson under parent company Carma HoldCo. — and Hulk Hogan’s estate jointly filed papers last week asking the court to extend the deadline for filing an independent lawsuit to enforce claims the foundation is owed $10 million, Page Six exclusively revealed.
The cannabis company filed a lawsuit against the foundation on January 22, claiming it is owed $10 million. Hogan’s estate immediately disputed this “baseless” claim and has since agreed to multiple extensions of the Tyson 2.0 deadline.
On Wednesday, a judge agreed that it was in everyone’s “best interest” to give both sides more time and approved their joint request. According to the filing, Tyson 2.0 has until October 21st to file a lawsuit against the WWE legend’s estate.
However, according to last week’s filing, the parties plan to mediate “to seek a resolution of the claims,” which is expected to occur “on or about September 21.”
Hogan and the famous boxer had been friends for years until Hogan signed a licensing agreement with Tyson’s company.
The Post reported in December 2025 that Tyson, along with former professional wrestler Ric Flair and Karma Hold, filed a lawsuit seeking $50 million against former Karma executives, accusing them of fraud, embezzlement, self-dealing and other wrongdoing. Kalma specifically accused former executives of stealing the brand idea for Real American Beer, which featured the Hulk. This lawsuit is still ongoing.
Representatives for Tyson, 60, did not respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
Hogan, real name Terry Jean Bollea, passed away from a heart attack one year ago today, July 24, 2025. He was 71 years old.
The wrestler left behind nearly $5 million in assets, with his son Nick Hogan listed as the sole beneficiary and Hulk’s widow Skye Daley listed as the surviving spouse.
It’s worth noting that Hulk’s daughter Brooke Hogan was not mentioned in the will, but the “About Us” singer later revealed that she had asked to be excluded from the estate.
Brooke, 38, exclusively told Page Six in April that she regrets the decision to be removed from her will, but said it wasn’t for financial reasons.
“I think everyone clearly understands that I was my father’s protector and loved him more than anything,” Brooke said at the time. “The reason I regret it is because there is no place for me to get answers right now.”
Brooke claimed that she and her brother had a hard time getting along and that she was now “incapable of making any decisions” regarding her father’s inheritance.
“After my father’s death, I can’t help him, find answers, or take revenge in any way, because the people I really wanted to run away from are now running the show. This is even more of a nightmare,” she said of her estranged relative.
However, she did not realize that by cutting herself off, she was leaving the responsibility to someone else.
“After the fact, I didn’t think this person would be in charge,” she said. “People I didn’t trust are now controlling everything, and that’s scary.”
“It’s not about money. It’s about doing the right thing and making sure (Hogan) is represented in the right way and that his legacy lives on in the most positive way,” she continued. “So there are definitely some things I would have done differently if I had gone back to that seat.”
Brooke, who had previously expressed doubts about the cause of her father’s death, honored his memory with an emotional eulogy the day before the first anniversary of his death.
“Maybe… in another life… in a parallel universe… in another dimension… we are together now,” she wrote in an Instagram post on Thursday.
She recalled special moments with Hulk, including watching the sunset and “laughing my head off” and going out for sushi just the two of them.
“No pain, no worry. No one will chase you, get in your way, or pull you down,” she wrote. “It’s just us and we’re soaking in that… And I’ll tell you like always – ‘We spent our lives together. We found each other this time, and I’ll find you the next time too.’ And the next time will be even better.”
“The rest of my life may feel like I have to live without you for a very long time, but hopefully it will only be a matter of seconds until we are together again. I’ll be right behind you, Daddy.”
Nick, 35, shared a message about his father on his Instagram on Friday, along with several photos of the father-son duo.
“It’s been a year since I lost my best friend, mentor, and most importantly my father,” he wrote.
Nick said the past year had been “very difficult” and filled with many “emotions, challenges and lessons.”
“Not a day goes by that I don’t wish I had him back,” he wrote in part. “One more hug, one more laugh, one more conversation.”
He said that Hulk was not only a great wrestler, but also “the best father a man could ever have.”
“I’m so grateful and happy to have him as a father and to have the honor of being his son,” he said. “I will always cherish the memories, lessons, and values he gave me and begin each day with purpose and intention to use them to the best of my ability.
“I will love and miss him every day of my life. I will carry him in my heart until we meet again. Team Hogan. 4 lives.”
