Ciara Miller held the receipt against her ex-best friend Amanda Batula during their explosive reunion on season 10, “Summer House.”
Miller confronted Batula about lying about her romance with Miller’s ex-boyfriend, West Wilson, and brought up the contents of their private emails. Miller read Batula’s messages to her starting on March 5, when rumors began circulating that Batula and Wilson were romantically involved.
Miller revealed, “On March 5th, Amanda texted Ciara: ‘Hello, I’m checking in. I can’t believe I have to send this message now because we’re on the internet and it feels like everything I do is under a microscope, but West and I are really just friends… I’m sad that we have to talk about this.'”
Miller said Wilson and Batula were already dating at the time, but Batula clarified that everything that was going on between her and West at the time of the text messages was “PG.”
Miller continued to read private correspondence with Batula on March 5, in which she repeatedly asked him questions about West.
“I feel like it’s a rumor that’s been spread far too far to have no credibility,” Miller texted Batula, to which Batula replied, “People see us with each other more and more and we’re just psychotic.”
Miller read yet another document in which he specifically asked Batula about his interactions with West.
“An email from Ciara to Amanda on March 5th: ‘Okay, so since I don’t feel like I’m being clear, you and West are dating, making out, holding hands under the table, having sex, etc.?'” she read.
Miller said Batula simply replied, “That’s correct.”
“And I said, ‘Right,'” Batula admitted. And I lied, 100 percent lied. ”
Wilson and Batula were forced to answer questions about their secret relationship during Tuesday’s reunion, which they admitted to in March, just two months after Batula and estranged husband Kyle Cook announced their separation.
Cook and Batula have been dating since season 1 of the hit TV show Bravo and tied the knot in 2021.
Shortly after Batula and Wilson’s bombshell, Cook expressed concern for Batula’s mental health after being attacked by Bravo fans, but blamed Wilson as a player.
“I was just talking to her last night, and I understand that people have different opinions, and I’m not trying to justify any behavior, but from what I’ve seen, it’s like she’s been cyberbullied, and at the end of the day, all I know is that West is a man who plays multiple women at the same time,” he told Street journalist Adam Glynn in April.
“Amanda knows what she did was wrong and is trying to accept that. She is not in a good place,” he claimed.
During the premiere of In the City, the situation between the two became tense when Cooke brought up the possibility that Batula had had an emotional affair with Wilson while they were still together.
But Mr Batula, 34, insisted there was “nothing going on” with Mr Wilson, 31, last year.
Most recently, the exes posed together at the premiere party for their movie In the City, which Cook fiercely defended.
“Hey everyone, that’s right, Amanda and I took a photo together,” Cook, 43, said in an enthusiastic post he uploaded to his Instagram Stories earlier this month.
“I was really happy that she showed up,” he added of his ex-boyfriend. “She almost never came to the shows she attended. Shoot me.”
Part 2 of the Season 10 “Summerhouse” reunion airs June 2nd at 8pm ET on Bravo.
